There was nothing to like here.

A very low class hotel, gives a sense of being dirty and unhygienic . Saw little cockroaches at the dining table too. Very poor breakfast.

Breakfast was good

Everything was good except the regulator of celling fan was not working. Also, TV set-top box was not working

Hotel staff is humble. Rooms are big. Good breakfast. Provided all the required things like hair dryer, toiletries , geyser, dental kit etc. Metro station is at walking distance. Chemist and shops are near by.

The location is surrounded by houses so view is not much great. Activities are missing. You can go for just stay purpose.

Location is awesome. Room is Big. Staff are polite and friendly.

booked a hotel and have already received the booking confirmation ID I tried to call the hotel but there was no direct line. Customers can whatsapp only. I already messaged, I will check in. I arrived at the hotel at 1am, there were no lights in the hotel courtyard, the reception was closed, when I knocked on the door it opened, I was really surprised. I have never seen a hotel like this in my country. I showed the booking no. I was surprised again that they answered that there was no order for me. After talking with the boss, the staff took me and my sister to look at the room, I was surprised again on the internet, on the booking apps. com, the room is really beautiful and the rewiews are also very good, but really not clean. I had to accept the room because it was 2am, I was tired, at the reception staff asked for my ID, I gave my passport, then he rejected me because of me from Malaysia. I asked why I couldn't stay, he said I need to fill in the C form. I said no matter what form I ll fill in, it's not a problem for the room only. He called the boss and the boss said im from Malaysia cannot stay here and asked me to find another hotel ...I don't understand why booking.com accepted my order ..I booked this hotel even when I was in Malaysia and not in another country.....I am really disappointed with this service and booking.com and treebo hotel

The biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The free indoor parking. Odourless washrooms. And bang in the middle of the city not far from any of the major tourist attractions.

For a property that bills itself as being disabled friendly, there were too many stairs. Sure it did have a lift but that was barely big enough to fit my wheelchair and an attendant. Also, the buffet breakfast was very limited.

All are very good....good service. But some driver sleeping facilities should also be in hotel..

one of the pathetic experience with this hotel our entire group face issue , first with the booking they are not ready to take rooms from treebo , booking they need direct to hotel , more over the smell of smoke and the sound of music in late night is too much new day we stay in other hotel will not recommend this in future

Breakfast is not as per expected , No Buffet.Room were also not cleaned, foot mat and sofas are very dirty. No toiletry provided.Overall it was not good experience.

The hotel staff and services are very good. I stayed 2 days with my family and the staff including guard are very much cooperative. My son is 3 years old but whenever I asked for milk or any other services they served very quickly with a smile on their face. Location is good everything is not far from the hotel. Food was also good.

Very big room and quite comfortable. Good location and proximity to various sightseeing in Jaipur.

Breakfast spread is quite basic and ambience In dining is a bit dull . Driver facilities should provided.

Non professional staff Wanted to extend stay for 2 more day for 4 rooms. But given rates were much higher and when asked for 2 extra bed. Lady receptionist had no knowledge of it and were charging equal of one room charges. So we left the hotel and stayed in other hotel with much better in all respects.

Dinner was good and reasonable

Breakfast has sandwich and poha only, toiletries not proper, location is not good

Big and clean Rooms. Friendly staff will help you with everything. Requested for chair and table, they provided in few mins.I requested for room with balcony, i was provided the room the next day. The breakfast wasn't good on first day but was good on 2nd and very good on 3rd day.Overall I was happy staying there.

I wish they provide the basic Toiletries.

A very beautiful boutique property little far from the city. The room was very clean and comfortable. they arranged for accommodation for our driver in his staff room without any extra charge. Breakfast also good quality. And the best point is staff where is so lovely and helpful. Will be staying again and sharing our experience with friends also. Thanks for everything
