Excellent location in the old city, great communal area to chill and meet other travelers, arranged activities

I had a very spacious private room. A small problem was a leak in my bathroom, but nothing to change the high rating!

The environment felt unsafe, dominated by drug use rather than travel. The final insult? It's been over a month since I was promised a refund for cutting my stay short, and nothing. They are unprofessional to the core. Avoid this place unless you want to be robbed, stressed, and then scammed.

The location of the property is fantastic allowing you access to the heart of the city & close to transport as well as the ability to be out early morning & late evenings with no hassle of worrying how to get back or if you'd be stranded.The staff at the property were warm & welcoming too

we booked a private room 202 ; however the toilets need upkeepthe handheld flush shower just did not work due to calcium build up & definitely needs to be descaledwith a little more care, this property can definitely continue to shine

The four bed dorms don’t have windows, there is no rooftop terrace and the only outside area is dark and smelly, the cleaning staff doesn’t care about personal belongings as they apparently used my towel i hang on the bed for drying for swiping the floor and after i found it in a corner of the cleaning room they didn’t even offer to wash it.

The property is located in the prime area of Jaipur and one can get auto rickshaws, e-rikshaws and cabs from anywhere in Jaipur to reach the Zostel. The staff is really friendly and are always happy to help. They keep organizing fun events and tours with minimum charges on a daily basis. The rooms were clean , spacious and well equipped with all the facilities. I would love to visit again

Hospitality is good.

The current position of the bunk bed stairs is not comfortable. Placing the stairs at the corner of the bed would create more accessible space.

a wonderful stay at Zostel Jaipur. Thestaff was incredibly hospitable SPECIALLY Atikur Rahman. while the accommodations were clean, cozy, and extremely comfortable. It's the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Pink City vibes. Highly recommend ?

The hostel is well located in the centre of Jaipur. The dorms are basic and relatively clean. Most staff members were pretty nice, helpful and professional. The bathroom and toilets could have been cleaner (don’t forget your plastic flip flops coz you don’t want to be barefoot there!), but you also get what you pay for. There was only 2 showers for the whole floor.

One of the staff members was dishonest. While his colleague shared the night before the price for the laundry service, the dishonest guy significantly increased the final price. We weren’t impressed at all and felt very upset about the obvious attempt to get money out of us in a very poor way.

The location of the property is good.

The place and the facilities could be improved. The building doesn't give the Zostel vibes when seen from outside. Also the engagement activities should be improved.

It was my first time living in a dorm, I was quite unsure initially, but the staff was really helpful and accommodating, the hostel was clean and welcoming. The posters all across the hostel were witty and smart, made me chuckle so often! :D

We stayed in a 4-bed dorm at Zostel Jaipur with another British couple, and it was a fantastic experience. The hostel is perfectly located in the heart of the Pink City (Old Town), making it incredibly convenient to explore Jaipur. Most major attractions are within walking distance, and for anything further, taxis and guided tours are easily accessible.The area felt safe during the day, and we enjoyed sampling the vibrant street food around the city. However, Jaipur isn’t really a safe late-night city—most places close by 10:30 PM.The hostel itself was clean, welcoming, and offered a great social vibe. The hostel offers good priced breakfast and tours but we didn’t have chance to try them. All in all, Zostel Jaipur is an excellent choice for travelers looking to experience the charm of the Pink City.

There was a little trash left uncleaned up in our room when checked in and the showers were cold but this was a minor issue really.

Great stay. Great location.The room was clean, the staff were nice and easy to check in. The fan and air conditioning worked great to beat the heat. It was also in a perfect location for walking around and exploring Jaipur. There is also multiple communal areas which would be of interest to many people :) Would recommend.

- The sheets may have had a few stains and the showers seem like they could do with a better clean and unclogging. But can't really complain otherwise.

The feel is homely. Community is well managed. Common room is quite comfy

As the first Zostel, it stands true to its title. Located at walkable distance to the best tourist spots in Jaipur. They have an in house cafe selling good food and also has many eateries located close by. The place is well maintained and has helpful staff too. I enjoyed my stay here.
