Nirwana Hometel Jaipur

courteous staff. good breakfast. clean hotel amidst busy road.

room size for two people is a bit of concern.

Property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and beds were comfortable

Clean

Provide only 1 room key, very inconvenient. Have to ask reception to tap card for the lift. Hotel should consider issuing 2 room card if there is 2 guest per room

central location, great rooftop bar, clean, nice staff and breakfast.for india standard and price, this the best!

Food was very delicious and restoran staff was very friendly!

No money exchange and location is in very dirty area.

Professional staff and cleaning

Location and old structure of the hotel.

Slow customer service & even though repeated says the staff don’t remember and blur of the room number.

Excellent mixed breakfast buffet with omelette or dosa as an order via waiting staff.Clean, bright, spaciousRestaurants good, rooftop bar noisily vibrant, spacious sitting areas.Plenty of tuktuks and taxis always available outside

Fitness Centre not up to much

All good & welcoming.

I recently stayed with my friend. It was an excellent experience & specifically thanks to Manager Mr.Dwivedi at reception he made my stay memorable. He made item itinerary as I came 1st time in jaipur it’s called true hospitality.Overall service was good , staff was very cooperative and last but not the least food was amazing.

Everyone was good.

Very good location and i would appreciate the response from all the staff. Among them at reception Ms.Wasiya was very efficient and Rajat too were good. Food was excellent and again the service was superb and quick. Ms.Aarti was very courteous and attentive.I would highly appreciate this hotel in jaipur for all business travellers and definitely stay again.

Everything was great.

The property is close to the railway station. It is clean and has well-working AC. The staff is very helpful and nice. The breakfast was fine and we enjoyed the terrace a lot. Good value for money.

The WiFi is not working. There was smell coming out of the AC, it smelled like pee.

Location, cleanliness

Room size was too small....not like Sarovar group hotels

Location was near to Bus Stand and Railway Station

Room door lock did not work properly, we did 3 times up and down to front desk to make it work.Hotel ask us to do payment before checkin, otherwise threaten to cancel booking.

As 3-star hotel, it was very good. Clean and comfortable room, breakfast was good, gym available and good neighbourhood around the hotel.

The curtains in my room were not working properly and I could not make it dark enough. Breakfast could have more options for internationals. There wasn’t any cheese, bacon or cold cuts.

Staff was nice/ helpful.

Rooms very small. Buffet lunch/ dinner was very limited compared to the cost. Hotel is situated in a very dirty area just near the bus stand.

Disappointing

No Internet no tv no phone in room rooms not sound proof free foot massage only available at 11.30 not good enough if treat is offered Very expensive no great special Only location greatStaff apologetic or silent

Location and cleanliness

Limited amenities in washroom, the kettle was broken, and limited options in breakfast
