    Pros +

    • Beautiful setup, clean room
    • Okay, the good things first. This is beautifully made and gives a very Rajasthani feel. Ambiance is good and a lot of instagrammable spots. The other thing is its main choki dhani village and the range of activities that it provides the kids (it comes with it's diastarers but we'll get there in a bit).
    • Well maintained resort with ethnic feel

    Cons -

    • We were forced to buy a pair of 1st night dinner tickets for an outrageous price. That was not part of the contract we accepted. If we were familiar with the area, we would leave the hotel upon arrival for another one. -The WIFI connection was terrible.
    • Now, the not so nice things and am not even sure where to start. Let's begin with the staff, though they are super warm and nice they are terribly over-worked and nightmarishly under-staffed. They try but they fall short of being able to provide you with the service desired. The food is poor to say the least. The evening buffet is such a waste of money for food that is barely palatable. The choki dhani village is a fun place with lots of activities to do for kids until you see that the Camels, Elephant, Horses & the bulls are treated in such inhumane way. The camels are old and ill-cared for. Their mouths are muzzled and they are forced to sit up and down while adults who weigh above 70-80-90 or even 100 Kilos ride on them gleefully oblivious to the fact that the animals are tortured. I can understand that kids below 16 enjoy these rides but for grown-ass people? Now, the room, it has its niggles but you'll not have too much to complain. Its clean and you can made do.

Nothing. I never got to stay. The staff denied a room and left me deserted out of the resort with my family.

I never got to stay. The staff denied a room and left me deserted out of the resort with my family. I have written feedback twice on Booking.com . I deserve an apology from both the resort and Booking.com team for the pathetic experience.

The pool was beautiful but could be much cleaner. The hotels rooms were large but very dim lit.

    Cleanliness was not the best.

Could have been better not 5 star

Not a 5 star resort, may have been in the past but is no longer.booked 2 rooms for 1 night. 1 room was not fitted out as well as the other. Both were in average condition, i.e ceiling lights hanging by wire. Rooms were dusty. Ceiling fan sparking intermittently. No hot water in one room, or toilet paper.Included breakfast was confusing as it was delivered in the rooms (after walking to the restaurant). Chapati delivered with bowls but no dal. Toast cold and dry, rest of it was random and different between the 2 rooms.

    Terrible. Definitely not 5 star

The location is 45-60 minutes out of old town. Staff weren't very accommodating and they didn't respond to emails. Definitely not 5 stars. Not even in the same league as ITC, Shangri La or Oberoi

    * Staff and managtest team was friendly and they did their best.*Local village with artisans adds nice element*Beautiful Nature and park and squirrels around *Room was clean and cleaning department in the room was doings very good and efficient job except Spa Venue where were poor standards.*Laundry is fast and great quality.*Live music during evening*popular among locals people but not international guests

Old amenities. Hotel was build in 1990s and it’s visible that the common areas such as breakfast venue, old furniture with paint coming off, spa area among them have not been renovated for a long time. *Massage table was dirty (hair, dust and oil) and I asked for it to be cleaned. Bathroom wasn’t in a great state either. It’s a mentality and lack attention to the details. *Poor choice of food for breakfast and venue where breakfast is taken place is like a grotto, 0 natural light. I ate in the open air area and was having pancakes, watermelon and papaya only.*Poor food options for dinner. It was not exciting to eat even though it was a local cuisine. I ate outside of the hotel. They told me that I could speak to a chef and he can cook anything I want, however it is not my job to give recipes of local cuisine where I am not from and it was uncomfortable experience. Therefore I ate outside Of the hotel. I love North Indian Food.*some nights were noisy during night time and early morning time as there was a preparing for the birthday celebration for the next day and staff was bringing heavy metal trolleys around the area that created heavy noise. *when there was a birthday celebration at the pool with many guests they had a loud music and host was speaking at microphone and you could hear it all for most of the day and it was uncomfortable. *poor internet, wifi dongles were given and they were switching off every 2 minutes during our whole stay. If you need internet for business, it is very unreliable.*Its listed as 5 star however it is not international standard and price is charged the same. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in Jaipur and could compare. I would give it 3.5 star with a potential to be 5 star. *Be mindful it takes 35-40minutes to get to the city centre if you like staying outside of town it’s fine.

This was my 4th or 5th stay at this property, I travelled with my family.. My kid loved the property and the village place, the staff was very courteous, nice ambiance over all the experience was great.

We were enjoying the village area and came back late at night in our room, by that time the kitchen was already closed and they were not taking dinner orders any more.. so I ordered food form online. and at the gate they denied to take outside food to my room which was not acceptable for me. however after explaining the complete scenario they allowed us to take that food to our room.

One of worst experience in Jaipur

We travelled from UAE and my parents had travelled from UP to visit us for few hours and spend some time at property. Manager did not allow parents to come inside. We have travelled around the world but never seen managers behaving in such manner. Breakfast was very bad both quality and spread. They did not know how to make good ginger tea. South Indian food quality was very poor. Parathe quality was really bad. We had to request couple of times and then chef came and tried to make few things for us. Security guy at gate would be rude to relatives who come and drop us. will ask again and again if we live there. We have never experienced such things from high quality properties considering living in many Jaipur itself. There was water logging in bathrooms. Overall i would not recommend to stay there unless they try to improve things. In last 10 years in jaipur and staying at many hotels there, this would be our worst experience overall.

The setup is good with rural vibes. Good pool area and food options.Staff was receptive and changed our room upon request.

There was no electricity for hours and without any window or air conditioning we started getting foul smell in the room. Bathroom was smelling like sewage. They changed our room upon request but overall experience was not worth the money. Serving staff in the chokhi village were so after tips that they could not even wait for us to wash our hands. Dinner service was rushed and service/ hospitality wasn't anything like they advertise. I made a mistake to not check the location. This is in the outskirts of Jaipur city. So you're limited to their offerings

I will never recommend any one to stay in this resort .

bathroom dirty, taps not working, no soap No shampoo even in Suits. horrible place to stay.

Far from city, but overall nice quiet place.Festival was great.

But wasnt happy with rooms not cleaned, and then we had to change rooms due to toilet not working.Again even 2nd room wasnt cleaned next dayStaff not too friendly too....they need that customer service smile.

I like the way they welcome guests , very unique experience and staff looks happy to from management as the way they greet, tells you everything. Thanks will back again.

A lovely and engaging, yet commercial display of Indian culture. Very sweet shop keepers in the village, and the kids loved everything from the games and dance to the elephant ride.

Because of a wedding service in the restaurant was very slow. The same wedding with a crazy loud sound system kept us up till past one AM and we unfortunately had to complain to get them to turn down the volume. We had to leave for a long drive early in the morning and this ruined our night. When checking out we mentioned this and the team behind the counter seemed insecure what to do or say. When you list as a five star hotel this shouldn’t be the case. You know how to apologise or compensate. But first of all, you should inform people on beforehand if you want to prioritise a loud wedding party in the midst of a family hotel.

Like nowhere I’ve ever stayed before. The complex was amazing and the village at night was amazing. Felt very safe in the complex and the food was great in the restaurant.

    10IanPosted on: 1-25-2023

The location was an extraordinary tranquil location inside the busy city. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond their duty. We’ve never encountered such attentive and polite, friendly staff before when travelling. The cleanliness of the room and the resort was second to none!

Nothing at all. Everything was beyond perfect!

    10SanjayPosted on: 1-5-2023

Spacious room beautifully decorated in the Rajasthani fashion. Great facilities and restaurants. Helpful staff. Complimentary pass to the village and all its attractions .

The noise level in late evening as our cottage was near the restaurant which had live music.
