Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur

The attitude of the staff is very unprofessional and non co-operative. They don't pick calls, don't answer your queries and only tend to avoid / delay to suit their business objectives. I would strongly recommend guests to avoid this hotel. There are better properties who offer better hospitality and are much more accommodating to your genuine requests.

The breakfast spread was adequate with enough options. The place is also big enough to accomodate the morning rush.

The wi-fi could have been better especially since the mobile signals are very weak in the hotel

Food was good but the management of guests at the breakfast hall showed the poor training of the staff. We took a table at the breakfast on one of the days and went to take the food. As we came back, another guest ad occupied our table and said the staff asked us to do so.

Lack of training of the staff in various matters. Overpriced too, looking at the facilities.

Breakfast was good & sumptuous. The local goods shop inside the Hotel seems to be quite good and prices are very competitive!! As good or even better than those in the market area!

Time for Check-in & check out could be relooked into considering that many travellers arrive by train.

First room was smelling so was shifted to other room safe floor (2nd)Matress was hopeless in the second room couldn't sleep . Other matress was better but not upto the mark

Doorman Chaturbhuj was very helpful and kind. Amenities were perfect and on call demand service was quick. Food was amazing and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Amenities weren't provided enough for number of guests booked.

It wasn’t clean enough there was cockroach in my room moreover at the time of booking it said with breakfast but when reach here I have to pay extra for breakfast I booked smoking room but when we reach here they said entire property is non smoking. Lot of mis communication between booking .com & property & we suffer

Location is good. There were limited items in breakfast menu.

There was constant sound coming from 4th floor. It need to be checked.

We booked this last minute rooms where nice and big

The room service is atrocious. I asked for water re-fill three times; ultimately water re-fill was delivered to be after three hours after copious follow up!!!!

Rooms are not clean as per charges of room. Booked hotel in advance still the day of checkin give twin room with two single beds when we say NO they provide smoking room which smells bad for non smokers

The towel rack is too high and is not suitable for the average Indian woman

The facilities have deteriorated . This my fifth stay at this hotel. The room was devoid of a table. Not a 4 star facility by any means

A/C Cooling in the room was not there. We were feeling hot inside the room and there also thermostat was not working even on the full mode.

Self parking was not available. Had to argue with hotel staff as I wanted to park myself.Room bed was comfortable Lastly, which I got to know after I reached home after checking out.Some one from the hotel has checked in to my wifes bag probably on the 2nd day and took away with some artificial earrings.Don't have proof byt that got missing and only got to know after we reached back home This was a surprise that something like this happened at properties like ramada

Location was good to the City Palace and surrounding activities. We stayed for 2 night. Breakfast on day 1 was decent.

Rooms smelled moldy. Had to change rooms once. New room still smelled moldy but not as much.Breakfast on day 2 was passable. Plates were not clean.

The housekeeping staff was very good and prompt

1.The rooms were not well laid out. The condition was also not good. 2.The breakfast buffet was sub standard. It was also inadequate and most people were waiting in lines. YlThe staff was also unresponsive during breakfast and discourteous at times.3. The bathrooms were poorly laid out. No toiletries were provided. No supports for elderly people have been installled
