Property was good and in good location but there was few not working and annoying construction works. Breakfast had limited options but tasty

Service was crap, intercom was not working, reported but never got fixed. So, every time need to go down for issues ( no hot water, no towel kept, no toiletries kept etc.)

There was nothing to be liked we use to come from three years but this time it was pathetic

Hair was on dining table the kitchen was just yuck it opened and what i saw was a nightmare so dirty every where was Dirt washroom was so dirty very bad

Neat and Clean room,minimal interference from staffs,calm surrounding,hassle free check in and check out.overall hotel was very good.

No issues

Very large & comfortable Room sizes. I had booked 4 of them for our family trip. All the rooms were very clean & staff was supportive. Swimming Pool was an added advantage. It was very well maintained. Overall a nice experience with family.

Breakfast was too little In variety & almost all recipes were dry. No south indian or North Indian recipe included except Paratha which was awesome though.

Promised early check-in but didn't honour the commitment on arrival.Had to ask 3 times for an extra blanket

poor maintenance, bathroom tiles were dirty, bed cover was dirty, shower door hinge was broken, bedroom a screw was protruding out from the floor, electric kettle was dirty, the property is not managed properly

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, with bar and swiming pool which is so much enjoyable with High quality rooms, and high quality service i fell like that i was in foring and very thankful to a men whose name is Mr. Pavan who helps me in every field with very pleasent nature he allowed us to check in early at like 1 P.M. this hotel was more then my expectations.

There is nothing that i don't like in this hotel fully enjoyable and beautiful.

Front desk behavior is not good, Nor did they have any proper parking facilities, and my suite rooms were booked, but they gave me an executive room.

The location and the food

Beds are real uncomfortable while booking i ignored other reviewers reviews about bed but its reality your night will ruin as you will not be able to sleep.The service is slow it will take ages even for a water bottle to reach you.

Cleanliness of the lobby and pool side.

Dirty pillows, pungent smell in room, mismanagement of food and beverage department.

The staff around Morning, totally unacceptable, did not provide services and the bell boy himself said ,"Aap hi dekh lo ab aur kya kar sakte hai yehi best hai," when asked to get the room clean.

All over a good experience to stay with Family. Stay was comfortable. Check in check out didn't took much time. Breakfast was on time available with proper arrangements.
