Jeenmount Heritage Boutique Hotel-JLN Marg

I went to the Jaipur Lit Fest and the location was perfect because you could just walk there. The area is very safe and well lit. As a woman on my own I felt safe there. They also changed money for us. It was a good rate. The building is very pretty. Lots of plants and well maintained. Looks amazing. The room is large and comfortable. There is also a lift. The staff is very responsive and helpful. The hot water was a bit temperamental but they fixed it. They don't speak much English though. For a mid price hotel this is good. The hotel has seen better days. The sheets and towels are worn and don't look fluffy and new.If you are particular about these things this will annoy you. Cleaning is not always top notch but if you point something out it will be fixed. .

Bathrooms are a problem all over Rajasthan, so this is not just this hotel. There is no barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom which means the whole place gets wet anytime you have a bath. The floors are slippery. It's dangerous. But this is not just this hotel. Found the same issue in 5 star places too.

A ten minute walk from the Clarkes Amer hotel, which was the venue for the Jaipur Literature Festival, which I was attending. Very helpful staff who responded quickly to requests. In-house restaurant that was good for the occasional meal when I did not want to go out

Wifi was unreliable - l used my mobile Internet most of the time. Compared to hotels in downtown Jaipur, this is a little expensive for what you get. Some stray dogs around the hotel

Proximity to places to visit.

Looks are deceiving. The outside looks don't match the interiors at all. Feels more like an OYO which isn't great.

The location is excellent, near Patrika Gate Jawahar Circle. This is a quiet area with no traffic during in and out journey. The rooms are clean and rightly spaced. There is elevator access to all floor and food quality is decent

The bathroom is too slippery. The price point charged should have included complimentary breakfast. However menu based costs are not high.

The cleanliness, location, soft spoken staff and proprietar. Easy access to airport. Dinner.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location. We used this hotel as a nighttime layover. Did the job.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Our issues in the room were fixed promptly. The room was basic but comfortable and we had plenty of water, tea coffee etc. Close to the Literature Festival and a nice walk each morning to get there.

The bedroom and bathroom were not very clean. We thought the food looked really good - but despite asking every time for no chilli it was always too spicy. This was a shame because it looked like the chef was excellent.

When I complained to the hotel manager and staffs, they said that none has made any unauthorised entry so far so it's safe. The room size was so small and hotel area is the outskirts of Jaipur. The photos that they have shared on booking site are fake and taken with extra resolution. The towel they had provide was expired and smelled very bad.

The food was really good and the room was hygienic and the location was just amazing.We really enjoyed our time at Jeenmount Heritage boutique hotel.

the description about property at booking.com does not match the reality.

it was not clean. sheets were not washed.the reception person was extremely rude and rowdy.

Close to the conference location in Hotel Marriott and near the airport. Heritage building. Homely. Indian. The building had been designed. Not boxes piled up on one another.

They did not manage coconut ? for the salad for 3 days. Poha's preparation was awful. Service boys need to be trained. The towels' quality is inferior. In future, I will carry my own towel and hand towel.

Cleanliness and size of room. Friendly staff..Good location , walking distance to Patrika Gate and 5 minutes by car to the airport.

Food choice and availability and opening hours of restaurant. Not open till 1030am so had to walk 10 minutes to the Radisson Hotel for breakfast at 0800 am. Other guests relied on Uber Eats.

Nice cozy family run property, spacious rooms.

The staff is well behaved, the hotel is clean, well maintained. Restaurant served good food. Peaceful and quiet place.

Best hotel and Excellent hospitality, food quality is superb, rooms are spacious, friendly and trained staff. Will plan next stay as well.

It was really unexpected and truly leisure trip. It was short but really comfortable stay for us. Food and cleaning of the hotel is upgraded. It is our leisure destination and love to come here again and again

Nothing was good about the place.

Staff not courteous and not professional. A house that is operated as a hotel. Staff is all local men with no experience and only behind money.Everything is difficult for them.

Really a good and perfect hotel in good budget, delicious food they serve in their hotel and staff's is so polite and helping nature I really visit this place again & again.

Nice hotel for stay in jaipur. Food, Room, Bathroom, Staff and location is also best. I suggest all the visitors for stay there and enjoy your trip.

Neat and clean rooms. Staff were very polite and friendly. I went there with my friend and it was amazing stay in this resort. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. We love to stay in this resort again.
