First Room had issue with matteress , Room was changed then TV was not working, no remotes were provided . Service was poor took 50 min to deliver water and Ice. Felt like over paid for Room.
Only location was fine as it was close to my place of visit.
Pathetic room. I was provided with a room having no AC working. TV was broken. Bathroom mirror was broken.Bathroom was not cleaned.

1. Room services are below expected level. 2. Basic requirements like Proper Handwashing, Tap leakage, Mattress, Room Services are not upto the mark.3. Their is no option to order food for breakfast or any eatable items that have been mentioned on website & menu card due to less number of staffs.4. No proper DTH or cable connection, on complaining hotel staff ignored to resolve the issue.5. Hotel shown at top of the chart while booking but after stay I would like to add that performance of hotel was below satisfactory level.
