Jaipur Hotel New - A Heritage Hotel

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The location is within the pink city, very central, close to the main attractions.

Safe clean and beautiful hotel close to all the main attractions and historical sites. The meals at the restaurant were very good and staff was very helpful and polite.

Good hotel in the old city in walking distance to major sites. Room is spacious and comfortable. On site restaurants serves a variety of vegetarian options. Good value for the price.

Nothing to complain about.

The rooms were good and large enough. The staff was very good. It is in Bapu Bazaar and close to both hawa mahal area and Albert hall musuem.

Everything was good. Nothing as such to dislike.

Good value and staff

This hotel is very good, but it has a few drawbacks. Firstly, the Wi-Fi signal is very weak and sometimes doesn't even work. Secondly, it's noisy; a generator located on the ground floor makes too much noise, in addition to the noise coming from outside. Aside from these two problems, the hotel is truly excellent.

This hotel has an excellent location if you want to visit the most famous attractions in the city.Staff was kind and friendly.Rooms clean.Food good.

There wasn't warm water when we arrived.Rooms without windows, so it was stinky a bit.

The staff was very friendly and supportive, both at the frontdesk and at the different restaurants/bar. Raj was very, very accomodating with setting us up with a taxi to do a longer trip, right down to details and providing many options. We could not have done it without him. Thumbs up!!

I absolutely loved my stay here - so much that I extended my stay. I was travelling alone and the staff were all so helpful, friendly, and made me feel so welcome.My room was huge with 2 double beds, walk-in shower, terrific air-con, clean, and stylish decor. The food was incredible and was a purely vegetarian menu, which I loved. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of choice. The chefs are exceptional at this hotel. I arrived at around 9 am after a 6 am flight from Delhi, having had zero sleep for nearly 2 days, and I was so grateful that they let me check-in early, so I could get some rest. This hotel is located near to many of the popular sights and rickshaws are always passing by, so it was easy to get around. It was so handy being able to access a wide choice of chilled drinks from the large fridge in reception. Excellent value for moneyI will definitely return when I am next in JaipurThank you to all the staff for making this such a memorable stay!

Internally you felt like you wee somewhere else , the roof terrace was fantastic and the rooms were spacious and quiet

Showers were a little cooler than I like , but that’s a personal choice

The hotel is good, nothing luxurious but also not rubbishy. I was backpacking with my partner and had a quick stop for some days and it was totally worth it. I won’t really recommend it if you are going with family. It’s also hard to find places to eat around the area unless you pay transport or eat at the local street food market. For that reason, we had to stick to the hotel’s rooftop restaurant which was okish. But even though good, they actually have maybe a quarter of the things they offer you on the menu.
