Food, ambience and the staff was courteous

Bed covers, sheets and towels were not very clean

Breakfast was nice.

Behavior of Staff. Saying no to everything. Not serving water after 10PM. Not giving starters after 9PM. There were very rude. Room size was small. Gaming room lacked ventilation, there was no fan no AC nothing.

1. Pool had frogs running around and pool was not clean2. Room had rats which ate our personal belongings3. Though room was given in a ambience of tent but overall atmosphere was very suffocating4. Nothing was done by staff...when informed about the concern faced.

Very courteous staff. Rooms were clean and well furnished and the food was excellent. good holiday place to be with your pet.

Parking could be better organised. Careless parking by guests across two bays wasted space.

location is excellent. Staff is very polite and helpful. food is really good especially breakfast. lush green lawns. GM of the resort Mr. Debashish Mazumdar is always there to help you. he is always available on phone and any request is taken care of immediately. response is very fast. they can arrange for non fire and music etc.

there is no WiFi

Breakfast was too good, overall property is very neat , serene and homely. Entire staff were very friendly and helping.We will definitely visit this property again. We have already conveyed great feedback of this property to our near-dear ones.

Some sports(outdoor activity) and Local performers presentation of art and music will significantly help this property for increasing footfalls. Otherwise in totality its a fun place when 2-3 families visit this property during weekends and holidays.

Food was very good (read tasty) . Service was good,considering they were short on staff as they were just getting back from a longish covid lockdown.Cottages were cozy. Property is nice, with ample open space.

There is no car hire facility. Visitors who don't have their own transport might run into difficulties, like we did, as we planned to visit Sariska Reserve from there. That said, credit must be given to the manager, who somehow arranged for a local car hire.
