It was very difficult to cancel. I phoned the hotel in time to cancel but had to do a very lengthy online cancellation that took over an hour. I did not receive a refund.

Location - its in city centre easy to rome around.

Room not cleaned well, Bed worst condition, Bathroom basin chocked, Window border broken - casue outside noise, no chair to seat, 1 towel only, poor water bottle quality, un organized parking,

Facility is zero room was not as per the photo stinky and tv set is out of order not comfortable after complening staff on reception thay ask me to cancelled your booking.

Everything it was may bad experience with booking.com

Thr room was good but the flush og WC was not working and there is not hot water in tap + no bucket no towel. The staff was rude

I didn't like anything

We went there and they said every room is book, we did pre booked the hotel it is just not fair. Staff was rude.

Pick up from airport was exceptional. Tours well run . The place is very clean and cooks lovely breakfast daily. The outside patio is full of beautiful plants . Had a great time . Room was lovely.

Nothing as a hotel

No towels in my room when I arrived when i asked they said to get in the morning. No soaps/shampoo i got at all.

The property is decent, nice location

The property is ill-maintained. It seems nobody checks the room before guests checkin. The bucket was broken. I stayed for 2 nights. On 1st day water flow in taps was poor,no hot water. On 2nd day hot water was coming but water flow was very weak.

Unsatisfied, won't ever book it again!

Everything was bad. Dirty pillows.. dirty sheets.. blanket was also dirty.No amenities were provided.. I had to ask for everything.

the property was very unclean the sheets were unwashed and had yellow and white liquid stains of what looked like *** and on top of that there were other people’s hair on the bedspread. it was vomit inducing.
