- First there was the problem of contacting the hotel to change the arrival time. Due to a flight delay I called from another country so as not to cancel the reservation. The employee does not understand English and did not even try to help me. I heard no English, only Spanish, or silence on the phone. Even I asked maybe manager or boss can have a call with me,no response.The room is relatively clean but cold and damp, as there is no air conditioning to change the temperature. The price is good, but I would advise you to pay more attention to the customer service.
