- This was the third time I have stayed at this hotel and it will be my last! I have recommended it to family and friends, but no more. We had a very disappointing experience this time and this survey doesn't allow enough room to write all the problems.
- Great staff. Clean comfortable room.
Cons -
- dirty rooms, bad front desk service, restaurant staff-particularly one lady- was not helpful at all.
- Hotel was located in the midst of a chronic traffic jam. It was a challenge getting in and out. Room did not have its own heating for the cool January weather in Quito although they provided me with a very comfortable space heater
