- Loved the hotel, food and location. Best location because of after hours access to the park and waterfalls.
- Everyone was awesome and the staff made us feel special as my new wife and I were enjoying our honeymoon.
- this is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. The magnificent view of the falls right outside the door is priceless. We were impressed with the service of the staff at the pool, front desk, shuttle, housekeeping. The pool is large and well maintained.
Cons -
- While the food was excellent, the service, especially that of our main waiter was not; it was slow and unfriendly, almost rude in the a la carde restaurant. Our waiter even just reached across our table to pick up dirty plates while we were sitting there

There is a free shuttle service between the hotel and the park entrance available 24 hours a day, every 20 minutes from 7am to midnight. A private transfer can also be arranged.
