Standard ibis hotel, good compromise between price and quality
Breakfast, but it’s problem for all Chili hotels.
The staff was really nice at all moments. Booking was easy and we were expected at the time of our arrival.
The price was extremely high considering the facilites, toiletteries and the size of the room. Also, the cleaning of the room could have been better.

During the check in , the reception didn't offer me to pay in USD as I am not a chilian, to avoid taxes, unprofessional from the hotel staff.The shower was not clean, there was hair stuck to the tiles.......................................

Everything about the hotel infrastructure was nice except the phone in room 357 didn’t work so any time something was needed you would have to take the elevator to reception. Also no room service but I guess for the price, that’s okay.
I chose this hotel because it is pet friendly. I stayed in the Antofagasta Ibis before with no problem. this time they required a certificate of Rabies vaccination. I had no idea and was not prepared at check in. I was just fortunate that I happened to have the certificate in the car which I finally found after lots of searching.
