No value for money. Aircon didn't work. Bedding and room were dirty.

It was a 1 night stay

It’s an old hotel - honestly it was only for 1 night but it could need a bit of a revamp. The food and stuff were amazing

Clean rooms and very Friendly staff

There was a big party a couple of buildings down but it was obviously not the Hotels fault

The 2 ladies at Reception were brilliant, as well as the bar lady. The GA's also very friendly.

Staff didn't inform us of parking facility.Our key card wasn't working and we had to ask for assistance twice, after a long day thats really not pleasant. The carpets where very dirty.

I had to request for a set of towls. The hot water was luke warm

The hospitality at the hotel was bad. The staff members interchange their roles. No designated staff member for the different tasks. The food was always not ready. You have to ask for towels, tissue paper and water. I have never had such a terrible stay in my life. The carpet was very dirty, it needs to be removed. There was no privacy, the staff just enter your room without an invitation.

The room was clean and fresh.

No water, in the fridge. Leaking Air cornSmall bedNo adapter to charge my phone, I had to ask ladies in the kitchen to charge my phone

Except for the cleanliness, we stayed comfortable.

Please improve on cleanliness. We found items under the bed, that might be of a previous guest and then also, found nail clippings on the carpet.

Cool room and quiet place

Toilet had no window, so I had problem with sinus. Room 127

The staff were friendly and welcoming.the accommodation was great for its use.

The buffet breakfast did not look great, in my opinion it was the days before. there wasn't much to view on tv

Booking .com made a double booking when I got there no rooms available. The receptionist explained me the whole process very helpful as I was tired from a whole day of travelling. She went out of her way to find me alternative accomodation. I would any time recommend this established,ent if one gets such special treatment

Everything was to our satisfaction, accommodating staff, location near to shop and restaurants. Very relaxing and laid back and enjoyable facility.

Just our supper the first night did not agree with our stomachs. We had the 300 ribs and chips, as well as the burger and chips meals.

I got bitten by a bed bite ,still recovering ? the location there isn't much to do .I miss the tennis court and the halal section when we stayed last time (protea hotel) .I miss the game room as well .

Breakfast was excellent. Location is centralized. The staff were friendly and were very helpful

They could have changed linen every day as with the towels
