Hotel Mehran

Everything was dirty and old. It was more like a guest house than hotel.

We had a really great time at Hotel Mehran Food (price and quality were good) Friendly helpful staff great environment hallways lobby passages and room were beautifully decorated

Over all good but toilet flash was too difficult to push sink sides bottom were mouldy (room wall drawer floor were dusty) we had to change the room because they start doing maintenance work next room drilling and noisence for couple of days

Sir,Saleem frontdesk officer is very professional or humble person they take care of there clients very well and very kind hearted person.

Staff was nice and humble. Rooms are clean. Buffet dinner included free in my deal was worthy.

Bathroom including shower area was very small and only two towels were provided which seemed like they have been used and washed several times.

Poor management I stayed in the lobby for more than 2 hours to get checked in, the geyser was not working wash basin was blocked and there was noise in the AC i ordered from the restaurant food was too bad Overall poor experience I got there

Everything in this hotel was exceptional until the dynamic leadership of a general manager and his talented and a hospitable team. They upgraded me to executive suite as a courtesy. The breakfast offered had a huge variety of continental and local food, it was very delicious and in in abundance. Ali at front desk, special thanks for helping me with in drive rides, I loved your sense of humor, keep it up. I plan to bring my family next time. Highly recommended for families and solo travelers.

Internet quality, access and availability could be improved.

The location is great as it’s right in the middle of the city to commute for all official meetings.

Cleanliness & Hygiene: It was one of the worst experiences as not only the sheets were dirty but, there were inappropriate things found inside the room which clearly shows the negligence behaviour of the management. Staff: Unsupportive & lack of management skills.

Noises were coming from outside.noises of vehicles from road side and people noises from the corridor

The room was comfortable and spacious

There were loud noises all over the corridor and no staff came to stop them until we called the floor operator. Also, they should inform the guests the breakfast timings before check-in to make sure they don't miss it

Surprisingly i had a good stay at hotel Mehran i stayed there for 9 nights,the room was just fine it needs lot of renova

the room service is not on point we change our room because our room is not according to our expectstions they really need to improve their room service service

Avoid staying at Hotel Mehran at all costs!

There was an unbearable smell in our room. We requested the front desk to change rooms. We had to call them at least 10 times and had a verbal spat before they sent someone to change our room. They are not responsive to calls. The hotel is understaffed and that's why things take a lot of time. The structure of the building is old and the hotel management does not bother to upgrade it.

Excellent customer service. Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean.Hotel manager Mr Bilal looked after us well. He is very professional and helpful. A waiter named Rashid was great too.

Renovation was sometimes noisy.

Customer service was excellent. Rooms were clean. Location is superbly convenient with all major places to visit in the town within reach.Staff was polite and courteous. In particular, the hotel manager Mr Bilal was very helpful. He is a thorough professional. A waiter named Rashid also provided great customer service.
