Places infested with roaches, when I complained about it, they said they would fumigate the room while I was gone. even after they did I still could see roaches walking around on the bed. I showed them a video that I made.

Near to airport highly coperative staff especially mukhtair Ahmed your operation guy is well mannered and highly coperative

Location and the environment of the hotel is Quiet Peacefull which is most important for the guests.

Check-in Procedure was Quiet Lengthy for family it should be easyway … Over all everything is good.

They asked no room which you booked but we have another option which is expensive. How could they booked the room but while check in they refused ??

the location was good, staff was extremely humble and nice. room size was also fine. very friendly and family atmosphere. although i stayed alone, but if i will come with my family to visit Karachi, i will stay in this hotel.

cupboard was having slight smell, might be because it was closed for longer timeFood was too oily.

They are totally unprofessional, Not sure about there hotel policy, Staff is doesn't have hospitality training,

The hotel employees are very friendly and helpful specifically housekeeping staff Mr. Mokhtar Ahmad and his team is really taking care!

for me over all good based on the location. ut the wifi needs to be improved the signals are not good in guest rooms specifically in the room 703

the only thing I like the staff who are in the place. specially the staff in reception, how they always greet us with smile face. and also the chef who comes to greet us in morning buffet, also a lovely person. thanks team zifan ??

would say no to it. because of the staff kindness make me forget all other things. I don’t know much about the management but would say that the staffs are very kind and and humble.

Faced problem in check in First given smoking room with smoking smell Then given room where fan and AC not properly working ,finally with arguments got room which was good

Location is perfect. Staff is also nice and cooperative.

There is issue with car parking.Single bed size is also smaller than standard. Breakfast buffet staff is too much lazy.

Response time from operator is poor. Dirty telephone, side table very dirty. Water was dripping from A/C unit. Very eager or rush to snatch the money.

Location of the hotel is on a central location on Shahrah-e-Faisal where all places are easily accessible. The hotel was replenishing the tea items on daily basis along with provision of an electric kettle in the room.

Though it was requested to arrange a room on ground floor due to my travel with 73 old mother, they gave us a room on 1st floor while having no elevators. Moreover, the room was small in size while as per them all other rooms having twin beds are booked and unavailable. The room did not had towels in the washroom, one mirror light in washroom was fused and not operational. The drain below the shower was clogged and filling water all around the shower place.I requested for a few additional hangers since there were non in the cupboard and the staff was unable to provide them in my 3 days stay. The response time of the staff was poor and slow. The buffet breakfast only had very limited items available and I have a reason to believe that they were not even fresh because I had an upset stomach after taking breakfast on the morning on July 27 and communicated and gave the same feedback to the supervisor at the restaurant.

Breakfast was ok compared to price charged for per night. I did not feel like it typical hotel building, It looks more like home or guest house which I liked it. Place was quite compare to other hotel I stayed in Karachi. Staff was nice and courteous.

I saw small cockroaches and flys multiple times in dinning hall on food and serving table. I brought that to server attentions. Hotel management needs to take care this issue seriously and consider entire building for insects treatment. I know it is not unusual to find insects like cockroaches and fly near food in Karachi but this can be treated and maintained standards inside the hotel facility. WiFi never worked for me despite several complain to front desk staff so I have to use my own mobile hotspot if really needed for work.

The staff was exceptional. Mr. Zeeshan and Mr. Munim were extremely professional in handling all my requests. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The best thing here was the in-house food. Had a wonderful time.

it was clean, secure and had hot water along with good AC

it didn’t have a nice outside common area. There is a driveway between the two main buildings of the hotel.
