Like the location but every time i stayed, the food i order it was below average and this time hair dryer was not working

it wasnt value for money, always found lift broken during my stay of 5 nights, staff need serious training concerning attitude

maintenance of property as light switch sockets lifts bathroom fixtures reception attitude particularly front desk lady Manager she act like police instead of helping and sorting out customers issue during stays

The staff was very cooperative and everything from Check-In to the stay and check out went very smoothly. Mr.Javed Ali was very kind and helpful in handling all the matters from the start. He assisted me in selecting the best services per my requirement and budget and ensured everything was well arranged. Very satisfied with the experience 100% recommended.

Typical standard 4 star stay and safe and clean space

I think the hotel is over valued and expensive for what it offers. Staff was really sticky about documentation and treating like no other hotel we have seen.

Good location only

No tea kettle in the room, when asked they informed we don’t qualify as the room is non executive. They only provide one key for the room, during the entire stay they kept on saying their system is not functioning. That was really strange. Car parking is also outsourced, even for the guest they need to pay for it. And the prices are also varied.

Only the location

Though it’s a five star hotel , but facilities were not up to the standard.Too low if we compared it to Ramada Dubai where we stayed for few days. Very expensive interms of facilities provided.Iron’ power cables were not adjustable in sockets resulting in requesting for the iron twice.Main curtain of the room was poorly placed.Body lotion and hand wash placed in bathroom were of low quality with an irritating smell.Proper check and balance is needed to maintain the standard of five star hotel.

Nothing special

They are charging car parking fees even in any hotel when you are staying in room they don’t charge car parking fees. Their valet staff is ill mannered and they preferred to kick out the guest cars and parked the hotel owners vehicles. They don’t care about their customers and their safety. So pathetic so shameful. When I visited for breakfast no one is welcoming and no smile on their faces. Hotel owners and employees need training.

Very sufficated , clealiness was very bad , floors were dirty ,

Staff was not good , facilities were not well provided , not a welcoming atitude , Though we booked for esp for seperate suite . Not satisfied , dont waste your money and special moment

Location is the only advantage of the place. rest is totally useless.

check in is always super lengthy. staff has no clue of what's happening. they will stop dealing you and start talking to the other person if someone else comes while still attending you.

Location is decent and that's about it.

I had reserved my room via booking.com and entered a clear time for check in which was late evening. the reservation was marked as "pay at property" so even in the morning it was showing ok. During the afternoon at some time, the hotel decided to charge the card and for some odd reason it didn't go through, so instead of calling and checking, the hotel decided to cancel my booking and I only discovered it when I reached after a flight of 2 hours. Upon asking if they can give me a room directly, I was told the only rooms they have are suites and that too were for a very high price. I again checked at booking.com and found a same category room for a much cheaper price but then i was made to wait for at least an hour before i was given a room claiming that they had not received the confirmation from booking.com yet.Moreover, despite the claim of on site free parking, you are charged every time you take your car out and come back which is absurd.

Location is the only good thing about this place and nothing else.

Nothing else works. Checked in and requested my luggage to be sent to my room as i had somewhere to be and so left right after check in without even seeing my room. came back to the luggage still being at the reception with no one having a clue why it didn't go. Entered the room only to discover that the AC doesn't work fine to which engineering guys came, wasted half hour at 11:45pm only for me to beg them to change a room. Went to the room, AC was fine but after about couple of hours, it started dripping water in the room in the middle of the night and I had to turn the ac off. next day requested it to be fixed and came to a dirty room especially the restroom despite my request for a deep clean as i felt it wasn't up to the mark when i was moved to the room on prior night. so all in all, pathetic.

Checking in was a great experience and the hotel staff were excellent! The room was very comfortable as well and the bathroom was quite nice as well. The location was convenient for my objectives as I needed to be in the DHA area.

I think a couple of things could be looked into. 1) There should be a small business center even if its just a PC and a small printer. 2) The room service from kitchen can be improved. They ran out of gas while I was there and I ordered a Ramada Burger and because they couldn't make that they prepared a poor quality burger instead to fool me. They should have simply said they cannot prepare the order and I would have ordered something from outside. 3) Breakfast was ok, I guess more tailored towards the locals who prefer oil filled food. I tried some karahi chicken for example but wasn't impressed and stuck to the safer options.

Spacious room

The staff was not very professional, at first they gave me a room at which we found already someone in it, then they were not apologetic and made me wait a further 15 minutes, once we got another the room it had a pungent smell of smoking and it was not clean. On two occasions my card did not work to unlock the door so I had to go down to reception where they had to reprogram with no apology, so I didn’t receive the standard of service I would expect from Ramada/wyndham

Not worth staying. Never will come again to this hotel.

Hotel staff tries hard to squeeze fees for every little thing. Board rooms rent is exorbitant. Audio video, tea coffee and other generally expected items are not provided along with booking. Even after prior order, they interrupt meeting proceedings to install such equipment after the meeting started. Very unprofessional.

Just the food and location was nice

The mini bar was empty and not restocked even after complaining 2-3 times and same was the situation with bath robes and towels. Ac was not cooling properly and when we complained they said its very hot outside thats why its not cooling properly. I have stayed many times at ramada creek and it has always been an excellent stay but this time it was very disappointing and pathetic. Even the key cards were not working and had to be replaced twice.

Was not good

They could not provide the reserved room when we arrived there for 2 days with different reasons they called as maintanence issue. They offered us to stay a horrible guest house. ServiceNo hot waterKettles are not working

Location, comfort

We had booked bridal room and they had to provide cake and fruit basket but they didnt even after specifically mentioned to the staff.

Bed was really comfortable.Location is great as it is close to almost every popular attraction.
