Dreamworld Resort Hotel and Golf Course

this is a great resort its about 20 mins from airport and 25 mins from Tariq road shopping. The amenities are excellent, the golf, horseback riding were excellent. Staff is very helpful everyone from the front desk to housekeeping are very professional.

Not much to say

Many attractions were out of order. They have extremely salty water in the pools and slides. Lots of insects and mosquitoes on top. Kids were ill for multiple days post visit. Management is extremely poor. We were not given the room we booked and were downgraded, and we still ended up paying the full price. They accepted their mistake but didn't change the bill and kept arguing. Wouldn't recommend it to be honest, as what was meant to be a relaxing weekend getaway became a stress inducing experience.

It was safe, and the staff was great!

Guests were only allowed to have one lap of everything- for example, go karting, bowling alley, ATV. We couldn’t enjoy fully due to this restriction for guests.Bowling Alley was not well kept and food quantity was less in restaurants (200 grams for every thing).

We had a great time at the dreamworld resort. The facilities are excellent, and the staff is very friendly and well-trained. It is a perfect place for a family getaway.A special thanks to Mohd Rashid, who was our facilitator. He is very friendly and always quick to respond. He made our stay even more enjoyable.We highly recommend this resort!

Too many mosquitoes

Its amazing destination little far from crowded city and seems really a resort to spend quality time with family.

I like the mountainous construction of the property and beautiful walkways to the rooms.

Customer service was excellent, everything I asked for was provided with excellent customer care which impressed me the most. The views from room were good, As only Bistro was open and available during my stay, all the dishes I tried were good but their chicken malai handi is exceptional.

Stairs or steps free access and better ramps for wheel chair users

The property was clean and very friendly staff, especially Sadia was of great help. Since our checkin was around 2am there was no issue whatsoever in the process. They also help to arrange transportation in and out of the premises.

Multiple activities to do. Breakfast was good. Nice open clean space. Staff was really helpful. Good coordination by sadia.

Restaurants like aroma and dhabba closed to early.

Reminder to oneself, never go back.

Food was disgusting, staff not very helpful, too much distance between activities, couldn’t go bowling till 23.00 and not a full set of skittles there.Sister and brother not allowed to stay in the same room and had to have my niece doss down on my bedroom floor, no privacy for us, if I wanted to stay in those conditions I would have booked a hostel.

Sadia was very helpful in guiding us during our stay Constantly checking in on us to ensure we were comfortable and were able to enjoy as much as possible. The food was really good and check in and check out were very easy and quick. Definitely would recommend Dremaworld to any family looking for a great affordable getaway. Thank you Dreamworld and Sadia for the hospitality!

Everything was good, the staff was so cooperative specially Mr. Waleed ayaz, madam Sadia and Mr. Rashid they provided almost everything which we askedEnjoyed our stay there, kids had so much fun recommended for families and freinds for water activities and stay...also there desert safari ride is highly recommended

The breakfast buffet was not good the type.of dishes or what u can say basic things like paratha etc we have to order on special requests and that buffet incharge mr zahid lacks basic manners The only thing I didn't like rest everything was perfect

Only outdoor facilities are good.

Very dirty washrooms with cockroaches roaming around.

Location, environment and service all were good.

The drainage system of the bath shower and the bath wash basin were not working, also complained to the management but no response that's why I left the place at 2 am. Pools are filled with saltwater.Food was not tasty and up to the mark.

Many things stood out, particularly the artificial sea-themed children's pool restaurant named Bristo, and the luxurious, impeccably clean rooms for accommodation and the staff specially the boy with the name of Zayan.

The most frustrating part was that even at midnight, the water was warm, and during the summer, we can't tolerate salty warm water.

I absolutely loved this property, the facilities available as well as all the extra excursions for us to do for free was amazing. We didn’t need to leave the resort at all for anything. 10 out of 10 will 100% be coming back. Also would like to thank Sadia for making sure all our needs where met as well as constantly checking up on us.

I liked everything however a little point for improvement can be the park needs more bins. I hardly seen any around the park.

nice and clean, they care and keep asking if I am doing ok or if I have any issue, sadia khan make sure I am doing ok. food is good.

The staff was very good and helpful.Enjoy the view.The rooms and the cleanliness was top notch. ?

Everything was in bad condition from the waves pool full of dirt to the Go kart, desert safari cars , everything was in the worst condition possible and the bowling alley was not even operating properly.

Layout of resort and activities were unique and fun. Staff was extremely cooperative specially Zayan Khan Lodhi.

No singh boards are Installed and roads are pathetic

There's not much to like about. Compared to my last stay

There are too many mosquitoes that hurt my children and myself inside the room. Management did not keep any room clean or maintained it. There was molding in every room they changed. However, they said that they refused to refund me and said I still to pay regardless if I stay or not. Also, they don't allow you to buy food from outside or bring it inside your room. Only food you can buy from them and pay more price then there members price. Royal Suite with full-size bed if you ask for additional beds, they only provide a nasty mattress it's like you are sleeping on the floor.

The facility has a lot of perks. We were not able to enjoy all due to time constraints. Horse riding was one is the best sport we had there.

Mosquitoes. A lot of them. All my kids and us had a lot of mosquito bites. Please be careful when going there.
