The hotel staff at reception was very rude. The room potlight was broken and bedsheets had black and red stains

I was very upset that my booking was not found and I had to make a new reservation after paying $45 extra for the new ones

The carpet was pretty bad and when I booked the twin bed I assumed they were two full twin but they were two singles that's was very disappointing since I was traveling with two kids

I liked that it was very spacious. It was good. But not the best.

I did not like their attitude. They charged my card twice and were not accepting that we were charged twice. I was very upset and were not cooperating at all. I left unhappy.

Alot of prblems. Shuttle was too late to pick us up from the airport. Bathroom too small. Reception dont pick up the phone. Laundry given back after 2 days. Terrible wifi.

Clean room, bathroom, bedsheets and towels. Excellent breakfast buffet, clean warm covered pool, courteous staff. WiFi open connection free. Convenient Rent a car max 12 hours per day service on site. Shuttle pickup from Airport available if requested.

The prices of items listed on menu at pool side was not updated and resulted in a bill over three times the price I expected to pay on top of additional taxes. I expected to have secure WiFi connection for the price paid.

Great food - highly expanded breakfast buffet and relaxing high tea on the 10th floor.

Per US standards, I would consider the room quality a 3 star and the services 4-5 star.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is situated in a safe and secure area. good restaurants on site. Good transportation arrangements to/from the airport.

The bathrooms were quite small, and the room key frequently failed to work.

The room location and cleanliness did not meet our expectations. Awful view, broken glass in the room. It takes forever to get hot water. There is no parking, always full with VIP protocol cars.Bureaucratic culture, not up to date with technology. Checking in and out is a nightmare.

I didn't like this hotel at all.

Staffs are not sufficiently trained. I didn't request smoking room, but they assigned me in smoking room, as a result first night it was nightmare. Then I changed it to another non-smoking room. Fittings are not in good condition. The floor was wet whole night and day, I don't know the reason. Toilet size is so small. Key is not working if it gets contact with mobile or any other magnetic device like air buds. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The cost is so high, but the standard is very low.

Excellent and professional staff in general more so in restaurants and from door.

Reception desk staff could have been more friendly. They appeared to be very stiff with no smile.
