- Location : not too far away from airport and close to some attractions nearby. There is a bus station to go to city center and beach side. Many good local restaurants and a kfc near guesthouse. Fair enough quiet in this nice well secure neighborhood.Staffs:Manager Zulnoor and staffs Khoda baksh, gul Hasan are friendly and helpful.Food:Simple breakfast with milk tea was ok enough for me.Atmosphere:I met many friendly funny other Pakistani guests here. Which is a big bonus for me! If you don't want to be alone, just sit in the lobby!Room:Spotless clean , no bugs no cockroach. Bed is surprisingly comfy. I stayed in room 102. Which is very big enough.Shower :It would be great if there's hot water shower. But what can I say. Traveling in southern Asia, hot water shower is luxurious.Overall we had a wonderful experience staying at this guest house and we will come back again. rose palace Guest House Karachi ❣️

- Not the advertised hotel (no sign at the door, but the receipt shows a different hotel name). No one to help with check in. People not aware of the reservation (the reservation apparently goes to the brother of the young man at the “reception”, though is uncontactable). I was successively told I had to pay 5k, then 10, then 6.7k PKR. Cockroaches everywhere. Electrical hazards. Dirty. Smell of poo in the bathroom. Staff agressive and unhelpful. Water chargeable.
