Airport Hotel

There is nothing to like.

I especially advise foreigners not to stay to this hotel. The hotel is full of mosquitoes and dirt. There is no hot water. It is noisy until 3 am. The biggest mistake of my life was when I booked an airport hotel..

No amenities provided other then a soap. Phone didnot work. Kitchen and in room dining was non existent.

The staff was very amiable; the bed was very comfortable; the gardens, beautiful; the closeness to the airport, great; the shuttle service, excellent.

The facility is great, It look and feel like a resort that could be transformed into a great place for vacation and work destination for travelers , the rooms are specious and comfortable. However there is a room for the improvements to make the facility more enjoyable and great place to stay.

Breakfast in pathetic and does not meet the standard for international travelers, very limited choice “ Chai Pratha, or toast is not the favorite of many travelers staying in the Hotel, Room service is very poor and also cockroaches were seen roaming around which could easily fixed with a slight focus on the maintenance.

All staff are not well trained and not aware of personal hygiene , if you stay more than one day so please don't expect as day one, I will not recommend

Staff was super un friendly and very rude

I dislike because staff was very rude and they didn't give my booked room . They give me a store type room. And was insisting to vacate the room early morning 4 o'clock in karachi.

Nothing at all, it was a mess

The beds of room a002 were infested with bedbugs and i am allergic to them. Had to use a epi shot otherwise id go to cardiac arrest.The hotel staff didn’t seem to care and made me write a written complaint in a register and failed to tell me what will happen afterwards

Room arein very bad condation , like bareckes , staff attitude is very bad and astonsing for guest. Toom toilet are very bad old abd dirty comodes , sink are brocken tabs are very old and almost water leackage . its good only fir travel stay on behalf of airline like glight cancell and free . If some one stay with payment then not recomended . Hotel is just like old army barecks . very very bad experieance.only

Low maintenance,poor facilities, poor condition of rooms which was not worth the charges.

They refused to entertain the reservation done by booking.com. then they gave me a small room with double the price of reservation . It's not a good place to stay as they don't keep thier booking trustworthy

I expected the hotel to be at the airport, per its name. But no, I had to first find a money changer, then figure out location and system of getting a taxi before getting to hotel. Reception ignored my reservation and showed me more expensive rooms first (2x), before telling me that what I had reserved was of much lower quality. I was way too tired to fend off their bait and switch tactics. Room was clean but shabby; had mosquitoes flying around even after spraying (to which I have an allergy). I had to wake up very early for 5am shuttle to airport, which was 20 minutes late.

Very near to the airport. Peaceful, excellent securityWell-organised dining hall.

Lower cadre staff, cleaners and sweepers are jumping at any opportunity to get money, be very careful about locking your door and keeping your belongings safe. Poor condition of rooms.

The room door locks were not secure and bathroom shower water drainage was blocked
