LOKAL Rooms x Shahrah-e-Faisal (PECHS)

Comfy room, good breakfast, attentive front desk staff.

Hotel grounds staffers are constantly calling out each other and even chatting - all hours of the day and night! They are polite and apologetic, but will resume chatting anyway - like a bunch of school boys. I booked for three nights, but fled after the second, realizing nothing could be done. Hotel admin was accommodating and did not charge me for the third night.A shame. What good is a nice hotel setup when you are constantly woken up the entire night into the morning?

Room was good. Location was good too.

Bathroom. Its commode was leaking and I had to fill its tank manually.

Clean.friendly staff

I had booked through LoKal,but the hotel.had a different name..when I arrived rhey explained that it was a subcontractor. It was all fine but it would have been nice to know before.

•Main person who dealt with us ( Mr. shakeel ) • Room ambiance

Washrooms need a bit more cleanliness. Improvement should be done in regards to that .

Nice clean rooms, service is good with all necessaties available

The best envoirment in minimum budget in karachi!!!! Love it.. Mr shakeel and mr mukhtiyar was very coperative...!!! It was best stay as i was there for having an exam!!! Willl looking forward for another stay!!! Hats off to cleaniliness

Lokal rooms surpassed all expectations with its remarkable service and opulent amenities. From the elegant theme to the attentive staff, every aspect of my stay was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

Liked the ambience and design, comfortable room

Breakfast variety could be improved

I like the vibe of the room and also that it was a closed place however AC were working the fridge had to be repleced and rooms werent clean

The rooms were not maintained

It was overall very good, everything was nice.

Lokal Staff availability is limited. Staff Leaves Premises early at 6 pm and come back 9 am in morning. You can only contact or pay during this time 9 am to 6 pm daily.

price was great, comfy bed and room. good hot water.

breakfast was ordinary and I found staff difficult to deal with before our arrival- they insisted I have a marriage certificate despite this not being mentioned at time of booking. as an international traveller I certainly don’t carry around my marriage certificate.

Disappointed stay

Staff behaviour plus no representative of Lokal was present there to assist as the management of Zifan hotels treats the Lokal rooms guests as they are staying in free of charge we demand an extra pillow and some amenties of washrooms ,the person on the front desk of zifan said that we cannot provide anything from zifan as you are staying in Lokal not zifan ,very disappointing, Rooms which they gave us was also very small and congested with no view at all from window .Better to stay other hotels or guesthouses nearby in better environment in 10k amount.

I like the room and cleanliness. breakfast was good. staff is humble , cooperative and helping. a good value of money. location is very nice. all amenities are nearby. it’s safe and secure. looking forward to stay in my next visit.

Decent well maintained rooms, helpful staff, good value for money, and a safe, central location off Shahrah e Faisal.

Ease of approach

Extremely poor service, room service non existence, no one change bedsheets or emptied bins despite remindersDodgy area, high risk of snatching after dark.

Location is good, and easily accessible. Staff was cooperative.

Rooms were small, drainage system of washroom needed fix. Room lights need to more illuminated

perfect location for those who want to explore karachi. value for money is amazing. vikram was quite helpful.

everything was great. wouldve liked it better if the electric kettle wasnt charged separately.

central location, very convenient. Staff is very supportive, specially Vikram was very help. Mr Mukhtair from Zigan hotels was also very helpful On-site private parking was a big plus

Their Breakfast was average, 95% of the food was repeated every day.

It is was only one night stay. Breakfast was good .

1. Rooms are accessible via stairs only. 2. There is no easy food outlet access nearby for dining out.3. We were taken by bad surprise during check out when we were charged 13% tax again on room as per priced by booking. com. It is clearly indicated on booking confirmation that the final price includes 13% tax. But property charged us the 13% on top of net price as per indicated by booking .com which was inclusive if taxes. We tried to argue but were told to report to booking.com as being a discrepancy from booking.com side nit property side. This is not acceptable to us as regular booking.com customer as it is first time we experiencing this.

I Reach There & The Property claimed That There’s No booking while i Had The Receipt , BBad Experience
