Safeer almisk Hotel

Hotel was clean. The manager was really nice and very accommodative.

The distance to the Haram is quite far, but there is a bus service who takes you there. If youre there for long period of time, then doing five prayers would be difficult as you may have some issues with the transportation. Manager was really nice.

They had issues checking us in and using their computers to find our booking. No cleanliness. Water was leaking from the ceiling. Hardly any tissues. Only gave us 2 towels for a family of 4.

Everything was alright. Neat and clean. Well mannered staff. Specially Wahid bhai from Bangladesh and other staff I forgot the name. Their timely assistance made my stay peaceful. It's a budget friendly paradise with close proximity to Al haram. Hopefully once again!

The manager was very friendly and the bell boy was helpful and friendly . The room was nice and bigger ,and we really appreciated the 24-hour shuttle service to HaramLate checkout until 2 PM was a big plus. Overall, it was great value for what we paid. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The staff are nice and friendly, especially Haitham who greeted and welcomed us with all the services! The room was comfortable and clean and we were allowed to choose the wanted room.

The price of the hotel per night relatively to the location to Makkah is a good value for money

The hotel address and phone number in booking is wrong.I had to find the correct info from google maps after wasting 1 hour and taking 2 Uber rides to the wrong address.Other Guests were too noisy at night, I couldn't sleep well and seems the room doors does not isolate sound.

The price and it is 20 minutes walking to the Haram:

The place smells awful and full of spices and they don’t use fragrance to overcome this odor in the floors. The decorations in the reception and floors is exhausting to look at! But in terms of money saving and visiting Makkah is all about worship. This is not a priority and it is an acceptable experience for the value less than $25 per night.

The hotel is closer to Haram and all the facilities are available close by

I booked for two beds as I only required one double bed but when I got to the hotel they had 4 single beds. The door opener wasn't working properly and asked to change rooms but again another 4 beds. The staff were helpful, the phone wasn't working.

No breakfast was available4, but there was a restaurant exactly outside of the Hotel, we usually ate there..

Absolutely nothing, except the stuff were so friendly and caring , and the location was fair!

Absolutely disappointed! Roaches crawling over the mini fridge, stained allover the wall and ceiling, dirty bathroom, no hot water for the first night , no towels no shampoo and soap, no toilet paper or napkins at arrival!No transportation to Holly site as advertised, weak internetI had to leave the hotel after two nights of staying and changed the hotelThe video and pictures are available upon request by concerned bodies!

Good, clean and organised

No toiletries. 1 towel for the entire stay. Buss drops you off very far and too much to walk uphill.

The location is near food and stores. Close to masjid al haram. The staff are awsome:))

The wifi signal is weak, and the door jams! Some things need to be refurbished!!!!

A bit far from harm especially with the exhausting steep on the way. The hotel has a transferring bus to and from harm at time of prayers but unfortunately the bus stop is on nearly the same distance with a steep similar as if walk but from the other way

The neighbourhood where it was located was not good. It was close to masjid al haram though.Very hard to find using Google maps and a taxi driver.The shower was very poor quality. Also the view was so poor, a yellow color that hurts the eyes.
