Four Points by Sheraton Makkah Al Naseem

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. There were always busses between the hotel and Haram that made our journey to perform Omrah very convenient. There is also a big supermarket and a beautiful mosque nearby the hotel.

They charged us when we went to have breakfast in the morning even though it was included as free in our reservation receipt!!

This is my second time staying at the hotel, and i'd recommend it to someone looking for a well facilitated hotel existing in a great location. As the hotel has many facilities nearby such as restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. The room was really good and had all the necessary utilities, and was comfortable to sleep and rest in.

Nothing really, I just noticed that the slippers were missing but I could have asked for it instead.

Poor display of hospitality. Very bad service. Not clean at all. The rooms were disgusting. The staff was unprofessional. Value for money is not at all satisfying. I did not like anything about the hotel honestly.

The location

During my stay at the hotel, the smell of sewage was so disturbing to me and my family that even wearing masks did not help—especially in the parking areas. In addition, the cleanliness was not up to standard, and some basic amenities were missing unless specifically requested.

The shuttle buses schedule is not clear and the waiting time is long especially at the park near the haram - too much walking and waiting

Very clean and quiet rooms! That's all I was looking for after staying somewhere that was very unclean and noisy hotel closer to the haram. Four points was a relief to transfer to and not worry about staying up all night due to noisy neighbors who smoked away in a non smoking hotel.

Close to Masjid and shopping. Lots of parks and food.

Stayed here for three days and everything was really good. Of course you want to stay closer to the Kaaba however; this hotel is not far and they have a shuttle that runs every hour on the hour and when you come back they are every half hour. Insha’Allah I’ll be back and I plan on staying here again

Good stuff, worth of money and bus available every an hour to go to Haram and free parking availability.

Didn’t find cleaning items in the bathroom as well only green tea

I liked the location, they had a gym, and for the price, it was perfect.

There was a stain on the bed frame, that should have not been there.

The rooms were very big and comfortable, we booked a two bed suite and was adequately spaced for our family. The breakfast was really good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is located about 30 mins walk from the haram but buses are available hourly to take people to the haram and it turns out to be only a 7 - 9 minute shuttle drive. There are also little cafes and shops around the hotel and getting food and small necessities were easy

I did not like the service or the room. We did not have air conditioning in the room, and the telephone was not working. We tried to call customer service, but they kept hanging up on us.

I stayed here few times already and it’s always an amazing stay from the cleanliness, shops nearby, masjed al Rajhi, courteous staff, to excellent breakfast buffet variations.

The prices are relatively better compared to other hotels near Haram.Although difficult to find, parking was available near the hotel (free of charge).The shuttle to the Haram is a very good facility.

The booking was with free cancellation, however the hotel contacted directly via E-mail to pay before the cancellation deadline!The hotel parking was full when we reached and with difficulty we could find a parking spot.The hotel room with 3 single bed had one of the beds broken (one leg was broken). We didn't complain as we were there for one night. The bathroom had hair-tuft (most likely from previous guests) in the shower drain....too bad and disgusting.I booked 3 rooms and at the time of complimentary breakfast the staff at the restaurant asked me to pay for the child...The breakfast needs serious improvement.Maintenance, housekeeping, courtesy and food are areas for improvement.

One of the best hotels in Makkah, despite the far location, but the bus is easy to use whenever needed to go to the haram. Clean and Quiet

The return from haram to the hotel, the bus may be delayed in some cases. And you have to take a taxi to the hotel without support from the hotel or a known number to call
