Very noisy. Cleaning crew at day time very noisy
The hotel is not too far from the Haram and it’s around 35 minutes walking. Also, the hotel room is clean and comfortable. The Hotel staff is soo kind and supportive especially the lady did the check-in & checkout.
The Hotel does not have a restaurant for Dinner and you have to call Food Delivery Applications
staff specially reception and Nouf was outstanding in matter of making us feel welcome and valuable guests
the noise from the street as I was on the third floor
Well maintained Very Neat and clean , where ever you lookAnd very helpful staffGreat Breakfast
Organized and neat rooms and helpful employees
There is no variety with breakfast food, it was not counted as breakfast but as lunch tbh
Customer service at recipient
Parking outside, and people spit from the window. You guys must have a cellar parking.
Location , breakfast variety, shuttle and staff
Limited parking
Excellent experience staying at Selat Al Bait Hotel. It's super clean with perfumed corridors. The staff is helpful and educated. We got a very quick check in. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast was awesome. Water and kahwa are always available at Reception. But there is a parking issue, as no parking was available in the basement, and in front of the hotel was always full. Only 3 lifts in the hotel, which makes it much more difficult during Salah & breakfast time. The shuttle bus is only ONE, I think. We could not catch it, but for once only. You have to take a taxi to reach haram and reach back to the hotel, no other bus service available.

Clean room and comfortable. Very delicious breakfast. Welcoming staff. Regular buss to Haram. Walkable distance 25 min t
Clean and reasonably priced
Some what far from the mosque and difficult to walk to the mosque due to poor street conditions but the hotel provided buses for every salah and breakfast was excellent with variety of hot and cold food and drinks.
Nice place. Parking available underground. Restaurants super markets nearby. Staff are very kind and supportive. When I go to my room after umrah, the shower head was broken. I informed the receptionist, within 02 minutes, technician came and fixed it. I have stayed in many hotels nearby Haram area. This kind of supportive, I have never got. Shuttle bus available to haram anytime.

I called reception and laundry many time and they don’t respond, however when i went down to the reception they were helpful
