Value for money. Room is well equipped and specious

With such under good brand although they are charging late check out 100 SAudi Royal which is not good policy of 5 star hotel.If room s booked then ok you charged but since there is no booking so hotel should give in that case late check out as free of cost.

Alhumdullilah, Everything was great

We booked for 3 adults, we were short of towels, staff initially refused to give towel later on given, no dental kit, shaving kit or comb available ,it was provided on multiple calls and even comb was not provided I think housekeeping should be sent from reception with each customer with guest and ask if everything is fine and needed, we were tired after umrah and wanted to convert the sofa into Bed,so if HK is sent with guest can increase comfort level.

Amenities were good for sure, with parking

Breakfast could be improved , being an international chain they can improvise further.

It’s central position was too

House keeping, it took endless requests to get them to come clean the rooms and when they do come, it was done haphazardly

Breakfast was fantastic, hotel clean , staff are good in their cooperation

The timing for bus need to be modified especially during comming back from magid Alharam , most of the time we need to go guickly after pray , many times we reach the bus station and bus already left bus station , we inform the receiption staff to modify the return timing of the bus to be at least one hour after pray finish time becouse we need to go to two bus station until to get hotel bus .

Hotel is located very far from Haram.By bus you will take 30-40 minutes.Breakfast does not have any option. Coffee machine was not working for breakfast.Received Room on 21st floor, buzzing with Roof AC sound. When I complained they said can’t do anything.

Wish there was a direct bus to the haram

Staff was very supportive. When I lost my mobile in taxi, security officers helped me to get it back

Twin bed is not actually Twin bed, it is single bed

Almost nothing, since it's a 5 star hotel but actually must be a zero star hotel (yes 0 star), or if it's available a -10 (minus 10) star hotel. But I can say the staff was good somehow specially when we called 0 but again not always. And the free parking, they also provided us with baby crib.

Where to start (almost all supported by photos): the dirty room! Also I paid for a high floor room and they put us on the tenth floor; why? Because per the reception higher not available! but I already paid for it! the BAD BREAKFAST! For the breakfast they are cheating, this is not a 5 star hotel breakfast this merely a 1 star hotel breakfast. I went to 4 & 5 star hotels and this not a 5 star hotels breakfast. The housekeeping service that missed our room and leave it not cleaned so I have to clean it and collect the garbage bags and despite calling room service to send someone to take the garbage no one has shown. The dirtiest bathroom I ever seen in my life: hair, flying insects, the very slippery walls, mold! The fallen apart sockets inside the room! The bad internet coverage. The very dirty carpet. I hope I didn't forget a thing. And Yes, the dirty windows, booking only allow for 4 photos to be uploaded but I'm gonna review them on Google reviews also and I'll upload all the photos. انسخ وترجم للغة العربية

The rooms was big and comfortable

- The breakfast was surprisingly poor...- lack of direct shuttle to Haram... Had to take 2 buses to reach Haram

Clean , beautiful big rooms

Mostly at reception there was only one staff , and when I had certain services at the kitchen they said you should go there by myself, but that was only during rush hours, otherwise I was calling the restaurant and they were coming to take my insulin ice bags to put it in the refrigerator.

Everything was good, clean, shuttle bus, staff were very responsive, as well as, I’ve never seen like this huge number of elevators, you wouldn’t need to wait more than 10 seconds.

Nothing has to be mentioned.

Location and the room size , bigger than any other hotel 45m .They converted the sofa to bed for my kids without any additional charges .

Staffs are polite , they listen your needs and make your stay comfortable .

Nice hotel .nice room clean rooms and meets five stars level .big rooms bigger than most in Makkah and it feels more comfortable than other big brands in Makkah .Great location in terms of accesselobolty and very good value for money . There is few things that does not affect the stay and actually better as it will increase the price unnessiesserly
