I booked for my clients, and their feedback was 10/10. They particularly mentioned the staff and attention to detail and that they were gifted a special Quran by one of the cleaning staff. The proximity to the Haram, spacious, quiet rooms which were welcomed after being in the very busy Haram and surrounds. They loved the greeting with refreshments every time they entered the lobby and that the slight incline was not a bother at all. It may be troublesome for the very old or disabled, but the shuttle is readily available. They mentioned the lovely restaurant, the food, the service and especially that they could hear the recitation from the Haram through speakers linked to the hotel. I would definitely book my clients at Tilal in the future, Insha Allah. The staff called me multiple times to confirm that my clients and I were happy with the hotel and service. That is client service at it's finest.

The hotel is very nice, and the staff is very nice and helpful. I’m sureeveryone will like it.

First, from the hotel to the Kaaba, it’s very close, but when you walk, it will take at least 10 to 20 minutes. When it’s crowded, it’s hard to walk, and when you cross the street, sometimes cars don’t stop, so you have to be very careful. Second, the room I got had twin beds, and the room is so small that you don’t have enough space to open your luggage or keep it. There’s also not even comfortable space to pray if you want to. I like the hotel, but the room and the walking part make me unhappy.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel; it was peaceful, comfortable, and made our stay truly special.

Facilities was good for rooms, but group was given rooms on different floor

Shuttle buses services frequently should be hourly as the distance from masjid al haram is far, due to inclination on roads it’s tough to commute by walking

Clean rooms, very comfortable, close to Kaabah, there is playing room for kids.

The room and hotel was overall very clean and nice

1. It’s about 10 mins walk to king Fahad gate (umrah). This walk can take long time during prayer hours 2. Shuttle service timing are not convenient 3. No food options nearby (you will need to talk towards haram)

I booked partial haram view but they provide city view.Small restroom, no microwave.

Only breakfast was good

They didn’t allow us to check out for 1 or 2 hours later even if paid to pray Dhuhour in haram

Check in took time. Walking distance to mosque was bit higher than expected.

superb customer care. the room cleaning staff (Mahdi) was so sweet and called in the room daily to check on us as if he owns the hotel. I travel all the time and his kindness was something I have not ever seen in my different stays around the world.

Cleaning and helpful staff and very close to the haram

I love the food and the cleanliness of the place. I like how they check up on you every day just to make sure you not lacking anything from your room. This is my second time here before the name was changed but feels the same or even better service.

I don't know if they provide shuttle busses from the train station, that make it easier for guest to navigate to the hotel without any hussle.
