The check in so late

The breakfast was great for this rated hotel. My wife likes the hot tea she gets at breakfast as she despises luke warm tea. Lots of ledges in the room for storing gadgets.

The receptionist … his attitude to be unprofessional and not in line with the level of hospitality I expected from a hotel this standard.was not cooperative and his manner of communication came across as unfriendly and discourteous, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I believe that the front desk plays a key role in shaping the guest’s first impression, and this experience did not reflect the high service quality should this hotel have

Bad service specially girl reception

Bad service and they have bad behavior iam not recommending because I arrived from United state and when i arrived they told me you don't have any place and i book by booking and i pay my reservation and today when i try stay one day more she receptionist girl told me i can't you will check out today

The cleanness, room sizes.Taxi takes you to Harm in 7-10 min.

The hotel is far from Harm, and the bus service takes a long time to reach Harm. If you are going to Harm, it takes 20 min, and on your return, it can take 40-60 min. That is, if you are lucky enough to catch the bus when it is about to leave, otherwise you might sit on the bus for 20 minutes just to get it fill up.

Room and cleanness was perfect. Hotel has service to Masjeed Haram. Prayer room, cafe, and other facilities were also nice. Staff was helpful. Free car parking available under the hotel. I recommend to stay here

We couldn't find the service from Masjeed Haram for return back to hotel.

The shuttle was good. The drop-off is quite close to the Haram - only 3 minutes walk!

Room cleaning service was not good. They don't clean the room by themselves, and even if you call sometime, they don't show up at all.

Rooms were really beautiful and breakfast was good.

Service was terrible. We stayed 5 days and not once did the room get cleaned although we asked on numerous occasions. We came for pilgrimage so was often tired after a long day in Makkah so it would have been nice to come to a room that was clean. Mainly the smell was an issue as we would order food from outside but no one would come to clean our room and take out the trash. We in the end got fed up and had to start leaving it outside the room as the smell was making staying in the room unbearable. We also asked for water on many occasions however no one would come drop any after being told they would. Again such a let down as this was such a beautiful hotel but the service makes me never want to come back again. Please address this issue as other people on our floor also started leaving their trash outside the room so I'm assuming their rooms were also not getting cleaned.

Staff wasn’t good so selfish ,reception doesn’t speak English and could not understand me what’s important to know about the hotels role , they told me breakfast till 11 gonna stay but was until 10:30 and we weren’t comfortable with breakfast, Iron was so bad and dirty even burned my shirt , the building became too old need renewed it , the guy In the gym was so boring didn’t tell us about the role of gym and pool until we tried back 2-3 times ,didn’t let us to swim cuz of 10 minutes! Said you should start to swim at 10:00am, so on )

The rooms are nice and big, all needed material can be found in the room. Buses are always passing by the hotel. Good breakfast

The staff are non existent. Forget getting help if you need any kind of assistance. The only time they answer is when its time for you to check out. 15 mins away from al haram.

Frankly, my only comment the level of service at check-in was unacceptable. After a long journey, I was forced to wait more than 30 minutes to check in, which is far below the standards expected of a five-star hotel.The lack of proper planning and guest flow management was obvious. Group bookings were handled at the same counters as individual guests, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration. A five-star property should have dedicated desks or assigned staff for group arrivals to avoid long waiting times for regular guests.

The hotel is good but I believe it should not be under IHG services as it way different then the other IHG hotels.

We went there at 4:00 but they said our rooms are still not ready. We got surprised that one of the rooms has only one bed. Also we tried calling the reception multiple times but no one is answering.

The location is about 15 minutes from Haram
