Clean room, comfortable bed

Local bus not going near haram but taxi sometimes expensive

Room was very clean. Restaurants very near.

but for room service we have to ask them many times. If this hotel provide the shuttle service then its very good. because taxi drives ask high fair. from hotel to haram king fahad gate# 79 10 riyals.. from Haram to hotel 15 riyal. but they will ask 20-30 riyals

Clean room. Good view. Friendly and welcoming staff. Enough parking space and bus station is very close.Very close to Al-Haram

They need to activate some services like the cafeteria and restaurant, to be a prefect place

The room was ok.

I requested room service 2 times, but no one came to clean the room. The washroom glass door was broken.They were not having their own shuttle bus to the mosque. Taxis were hard to find and extremely expensive.

The hotel has a great standard the room are very spacious and near to some restaurant but the only thing is that it’s little bit far from haram.but you can get a taxi rapidly for 5 riyal or 10 riyal

The Hotel Overall is a Nice Clean hotel with very friendly and helpful Staff who got us early Checkin time. The area is beautiful and open, lots of tries and near by shops, restaurants etc.

The only downside to it is its distance from the Haram especially in Ramadan with all the Traffic.

Everything except the location and a lack of hotel transport to the Grand Mosque. It was in a quiet area and we liked that.

We had to asked for basic things to be replenished, though when we asked we got a response. The location was far and the hotel did not have transit buses.

I am writing to request a refund for my last night. I left the hotel today instead of tomorrow because none of my requests were taken into account. I asked twice for my room to be cleaned, but to no avail. The first time, the receptionist took my key; when I returned, my room had not been cleaned, and she had forgotten my request because she was unable to return my card, so she issued me a new one. The second time, the receptionist noted my room number on a piece of paper, and when I returned, the room still had not been cleaned. Furthermore, as you might suspect, the bed linens and towels were not changed either. Finally, the Wi‑Fi connection was so poor that I could not work or properly use the internet. I went several times to another hotel to access a reasonably good connection. Given all these issues and the staff’s negligence, I did not wish to continue my stay at the Blue Coral Hotel and am requesting a refund for my last unused night.

The hotel is conveniently located; you can reach Haram within a few minutes by taxi (the hotel doesn’t offer shuttle service). Reception staff was friendly. Room was furnished with SUPER comfortable beds. Everything was perfect, except for the check-in time: it took about 30 to 45 minutes before we received our room, which felt like hours as we were coming from a long, tiring journey. Additionally, the room price was inflated due to the Ramadan season, just as it was everywhere in Makkah.

Hotel overall was clean with pleasant staff. The negatives were that the toilet was not flushing well. The towels were only changed once in 6 nights. The bedsheets were not changed at all. Location was a bit far,We had to get taxi daily,

1. Front office guy wanted to charge us 200riyals extra for early check in. He thought we don’t understand Arabic.2. Room cleaning service is pathetic. We called the guy to clean and only cleaned the bathroom . He later comes in at 12am midnight to clean. Super upsetting.3. We wanted drinking water. They moved us from one front office to the other eventually we just had to buy the water.4. No shuttle service is provided.5. Overall not good value for the money we paid.

Blue Coral exceeded my expectation. It's a very good hotel, staff were courteous and friendly, and value for money.

Unfortunately it's not a walking distance from ten holy Kaaba which was my reason for coming, however it was easily accessible by taxis.

I knew this hotel from my previous visit Mekkah and had clear understanding of the location and conditions. Basically, people doing Hajj or Umrah need clean and safe place to sleep and take rest. This hotel is one of the fair options you might have in Mekkah.

A reception guy named F..d really must be assessed for his competency to handle check-ins and check-outs. Very slow process! In the end, he gave me a door key which wasn't working when tried to open the door on 8th floor and I had had to come back to reception to replace the key, but he gave me another room instead just making sure the door key is working.

It was clean and rooms were big

They demand more money, on booking.com it was mentioned that the prices are including Vat but the staff ask me to pay the Vat tax. I explain them but they replied Oh actually sir its our daily issue, everyone is complaining like this. So i mean if everyone is complaining why dont u fix it. And why booking.com is showing fake information to us? I had no choice but to pay as i have family with me. I book 2 rooms so the 2nd room dont have hot water. No refill for water, tea towels etc
