I like the location and the cleanliness and the quality in general.

The check out was a bad experience this time, only one person on the desk and the trolley guy took so long that I just left!

Very comfortable, walk distance with mosque. And also have charter bus to Haram. Our honeymoon during hajj season was very thoughtful and meaningful.

The location was excellent. There is large parking area, accompanied by walking area, good area around the Masjid for family and children to walk around freely. No crowd or rush, also there is facility for children to play. there is Danube store in vicinity which makes it convenient to buy daily needs at ease. The bus service is available to haram.

I didn't stay longer to enjoy the restaurant facility in the hotel to give comment for it. As by the time I returned from completing Umrah it was already closed.

Overall The hotel's cleanliness, comfort, and location were all top-notch, and most of the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. That's definitely worth noting and appreciating!

Limited parking availability, which may cause delays for guests. .The room service staff's behavior is beyond rude . Ignoring calls and being rude when they do answer . Providing good customer service should be a priority for any hotel, especially for services like room service where guests are paying for convenience.

The walls are thin, no soundproofing on windows so you always hear cars.

Cleanliness, loud parties at Eid time, uncontrolled kids running around shouting, no one serving at coffee shop.

There is park and mosque nearby. Super market and other shops in this area.

We call many times to room service for things which was not delivered at all. Staff are not helpful. The food at the restaurant is not taste at all.

The AC was too cold and noisy

It’s not a 5 star hotel, the water comes cold and sometimes hot, I expect the furniture is better quality. I order shampoo and then they bring me a towel. The smile of the room kind of dust with perfume.. The quilt and mattress are partially cut in the middle.I stayed just for 6 hours and left to change after my sleep.

I loved the fact that it’s too close to Rajhi mosque. The overall experience is great the only two things I didn’t like was the fact that there’s a door between my room and the next room and sometimes the neighbours get a bit noisy! Second thing was the internet, it was an absolute nightmare to use the WiFi in the room ? I had to use all my data throughout my stay but some ppl don’t need internet so that might not be a bad thing I guess

The GYM is not maintained nor supervised as kids always playing in the GYM.Ramadan Buffet is always in shortage of tables and some food.

A good hotel with some fine facilities. Close to the Haram and Rahjhi Mosque. Very friendly staff.

I had a wonderful stay at Copthorne Makkah Naseem Hotel from February 4 to 8, 2025. I booked a junior suite, which was impressively spacious and offered a beautiful view of Al Rajhi Grand Mosque, adding to the overall serene experience.That being said, I must commend the excellent housekeeping service. Special thanks to Hamid and Sajib, who were exceptionally professional, active, and honest. They responded quickly to requests and ensured that the room was always in perfect condition.

However, I found the bathroom to be quite compact, with only one washing sink, which could be improved for better convenience.

I had a pleasant stay at Copthorne Makkah Naseem Hotel from January 6 to 11, 2025. The junior suite was spacious and offered a beautiful view of Al Rajhi Grand Mosque, which made my experience truly enjoyable. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

However, the limited parking space was a bit of a challenge and somewhat disturbing, especially during peak hours. It would be great if this aspect could be improved for better convenience.
