The staff is very helpful.Good breakfast.The hotel is not crowded.Good type of people stay in it.

Small room for 3 persons. No diafa(coffee , snags) at the hotel looby, unlike other neighboring hotels.

Booked in advance without payment and got the rooms as requested.

Was little further from Harrem than that estimated online

A nightmare

No cleaning for 3 days, even after so many reminders and requests. No one clean or change towels not provided our toilet rolls . It was the worse hotel i booked through booking.com

I liked the hotel. The man who was in the reception was well mannered and knows good English, so it was easy to communicate. Check in was smooth and quick.Room was clean and bathroom was provided with all the toilet accessories like brush, paste, comb, soap and others. Kettle, coffee, tea was also provided along with Water bottle. I liked the digital screen to show 'makeup room, do not disturb' etc. It’s really great.The distance from Hotel to masjidul Haram was not bad. As it is a flat road, so it was easy to walk 15 minutes to masjid. The food option is not very comfortable for subcontinent people. It was our mistake that we paid for buffet lunch without checking the menu, later we found food is mainly according to Arab taste, not our subcontinent food. But u can find Bangladeshi, Pakistani restaurants easily near the hotel.We booked for a double bed or twin bed. But they give us a room of 4 bed. At 1st i didn’t like why they give us this room, but it was not a big problem. It was OK.Overall I recommend this hotel.

Very poor and unstable wifi connection. Staffs don’t know any English and are not even trained

Staffs know NO ENGLISH! Very poor wifi connection. Elevators are not efficient. Not clean! Showers don’t have warm water (only cold water). In general I don’t recommend staying here at al.

Neat and clean hotel with well mannered staff. The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good. It had very good options for all ages. I liked the location as it was 15 mins away from the harem sharif

The elevator was slow. The washroom did not had any separate curtains or glass door to separate the bathing space from the rest of the washroom. Which made the water to go all the way in the front of the washroom. Water logging was the main problem and I hated to go inside the washroom. I asked the cleaners to give a mop just to make it manageable for the 2 nights stay. The management should renovate the washroom immediately.

Cleaning was well maintained and staff was very cooperative,air conditioning was excessively cold and difficult to adjust, I would also suggest including Asian, Indian, and Pakistani food options in breakfast menu

Car Parking is not good. no space and not properly car parking, it's very difficult to come out car from parking.

1- the hot water comes for only 3 mins and you have to wait about 15 min to be there again .2- when i ask the staff to clean my room after 5 clock they said will clean it tomorrow at 9 am and this is the rules 3- the air condition is very very cold even we close it . I think they need to make maintenance for it

It was really a nice place to stay in. The staff were really nice. The location was around 10 minutes walking to Haram. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. It's definitely worth it with the money. The price was really reasonable compared to the service and location. It's highly recommended for young people.
