The hotel was clean

The front desk was not good, they dont treat you like your customers. Always in angry mood, and the house keeping is not good, you keep calling them and they keep delaying.

Good location,nice and clean.From Harram little bit far.

Very good location

I booked the hotel for ten days and paid all the money. Three days later they locked my room without notifying me. After searching for about an hour, I found out that my room had been locked by the management. I couldn't find any reason why my room was locked. The children started crying a lot and I felt very helpless in this situation. The room was opened after an hour but no apology or remorse was shown.

We were a group of 16 adults and all enjoyed our stay there and hotel crew made it even more enjoyable and comfortable especially brother Turki at the reception his smile itself makes you feel welcomed and tries to not say no to us.

The wait at the lift after salah the people make very uncomfortable they keep pushing not the hotels fault though

Location is excellent for the money, walking distance from the haram. With good foods spots along the way.

Room could be updated.

The property is well located in Ibrahim al KhalilStreet. It is a 10 min walk to gate number 79. Plenty of shops and food outside.

In the morning, we can hear lots of noise coming from other room, children playing in the corridor and crying. This disturbs tired people a lot as they won’t be able to sleep in peace . Everyday was like this. The beds are a bit old

Location was great just 10 to 15 minutes walk from Haram plently of lifts also there are 20 accommodation floors 3 parking floors etc

The room was reasonably cleaned single bed with soft mattress tea making felicity was available bathroom was disappointing not properly cleaned plus bathroom door didn't close properly left open i was single person otherwise would have been a nightmare management poor shouldn't have check in anyone before fixing door just tells you how uncaring they are .....Wifi password should have been left in room .AC remote control wasn't in the room either i have to manually turn on off..

The hotel was spacious, it had a restaurant a shop which sold drinks, prayer mats etc. the staff were great, every other day they would come with new towels, shampoos and water bottles. The fridge was big, we booked a room for two but we had an extra bed which is good??‍♂️ easy to locate as hotel name written in English and Arabic.

It was quite a walk from the haram, around a 10 minute walk and we would be tired by the end of walking. The interior is quite old but not to the standard where it’s dirty. The hallways and reception area however are slightly more modern. They didn’t give us the WiFi the first day we came and we forgot about it and ended up using data, only on the last day we remembered and we received it. No iron which was a huge let down and they would tell us to do it outside

The hotel is good and clean. Near to Haram and good value for money. The wifi of the hotel is great

The staff at the reception. They couldn't understand English. I requested them for late check out but they didn't allow.

Bathroom with bad smell.

Wifi was very slow.No floor carpet. No drinking water.They don't clean even a day, We stayed 5 nights but housekeeping staff never asked to clean our room (Neither we asked them to clean our room).

The Location, the internet service and the cleanliness of the place. Amr one of the house keeping staff was exceptional.

We stayed for 15 nights, the room we booked was okay we spent 2 nights in it but there was rodent in the room and we complained to the hotel and they changed the room for us but unfortunately there was no hot water for shower and the bathtub had a nasty crack and when you stepped on the tub a blackish particles will be coming out from the gash it made it really difficult to bathe and we complained for 4 consecutive days about it but they didn’t do anything even though they sent a maintenance guy 2 times and they all told us they are coming back but they didn’t. So whoever is staying at this hotel avoid room 1733 unless they fix it. Similarly the hotel kept putting guests with children next or opposite of our room and they keep banging doors, crying and screaming even in the middle of the night which made sleeping very difficult. Our flight was delayed so we requested for late check out, they refused and after we checked out we requested to book additional night they told us they are fully booked but when we checked on booking.com we saw they have rooms available. I don’t know whether it’s a translation thing or a racist thing i actually can’t say, but the way they treated us was not pleasant at all. What i know for a fact is that i cannot book that hotel again because of the way we were treated.

Please avoid

Everything. It was old and in tatters. The fridge was disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable. There was insect. Head rest was very dirty.

Over all wasn’t a good experience

Room are smelly toilet was not cleaned bedding was not cleaned staff was so rude including reception staff.

Location is good, about 10 - 12 min walk from Haram

Lifts get crowded during and after the salah times

Hotel is within walking distance of al Haram, but a bit outdated and on the main road, which can be noisy throughout the day.
