Location, service and courtesy by registration and all the staff

Beds could be more comfortable

Staff were very helpful and everything ran smoothly

Not many charging points closer to the beds

This place is very near to haram and they have Golf carts to ferry guests near Makarem ajyad

The only thing I didn’t like was delay in getting my room as it took almost 1 hour for check in

Location was not bad and the stuff were nice

but very high up hill and up slope and thier golf car wasn't available easily.Also the cleanliness of the room wasn't that good.

Very close to haram. Used the stairs and it took 5 minutes only

Carpets are dirty. Couldn’t leave my baby in the floor

The reception guy named Mohamed Al Zahrani was so supportive and always smiling

The golf cars to pick you from hotel to Haram are so limited

To be honest, nothing, everything was bad.. i went to less stars hotel in the region but this one was really outstanding of badness in all level

clean.. was -100 from 10 really so bad, smelly and insects in showerThe furniture is very old and the beds mattress was not comfortable at all Food: they charged me 35 Riyals for nothing no variety no value an not tasty at all Location is hidden hotel .. so u can’t reach easily and at the same time very difficult to reach ..Consider close to Haram: no and required to walk a lot to reach the yard of Harm but really you need more time to go inside Last but not least as i cant write everything: the stuff service was really tough and very difficult to get a word from them ..even when i asked for extra hour to extend my check out they regretted due to capacity and later he asked for change and it will be the most expensive hour i could pay and later i heard the capacity was 70% so adding an hour just to facilitate my travel time was not possible

Staff is good the only problem was going to haram the go cart was not always available thats was a big drawback

Hotel locations

Checking in at 1600 Pm is not suitable at all . Best is 1300 Pm . Booking of 2 rooms should be at least same floor and same building. Which was not .

Suffering

Internet doesn’t work at room at all, elevator too slow, up hill car service very limited waiting long time

The room was big the breakfeast was trash and the location was good

The internet was very bad

Nothing, waste of money

Smoking smell, light always off, no service, didn’t change bed sheets, elevator not work, saw cockroaches , rat and mouse sound, all night and day traffic horns so cannot sleep.

main problem is that every hotel around elaf ejyad have golf cart for customers to bring them up or down ,but every time their cart is not available,they only have one cart and it was almost on maintenance

Front desk were polite people

Buffet, location, bad Internet service, golf cart was not regular, the price was very very unreasonable. Overall I don’t recommend using booking.com for hotels in Makah or Madinah, rather use local agents. They will provide way better prices.

Location close to Alharam.

Dirty carpet, frurnituee and curtains. The room stink and, it smells like kerosene oil. It was very hard to spend two nights.Staff was not courteous to check us in 10 min., before the 4:00pm. They were just rushed to end their shift and let the guests wait.

but from a mountain or rocky peak. And someone was smoking on my floor. I could hear some guys coughing. No smoking should mean no smoking.. ?

Location

It is a complete rip off and waste of money. Lack of service delete check-in, and then the facilities is actually unclean to the extent that we were doubting whether you are clean enough to go for Umra

You need to change Carpet the need remodel the building

Location

the location is good, near ajyad gate of Haram, the hotel golf cart was always available for transport, the staffs were very friendly and helpful from the desk to the cleaners.the room sizes were okay for two and four beds.breakfast and dining area were clean and nice, but we did not have any breakfast.

the bathrooms, small specially the shower area, saw cockroaches and insects on bathroom floor.furniture, specially the couches were stained.

Lifts are very slow and most of the time one lify faulty out of 2 and Room Gates card are again and again not work
