We are used to stay in lamar tower but we never understand the tower A and B difference.The trolley boys who took our luggage to the room, were very nice. Plus we like the shuttle service.

The receptionist he was a black saudi man we don't know the name, was very arrogant and unwelcoming. Plus the rooms we were given, were very smelly. After talking to him, the rooms were shifted but overall his behavior was not nice.The electric kettle in one of the rooms, was not working and we couldn't complain just because of the arrogant behavior of the receptionist.

Hotel facilities was not good, no room service,no one took our dirty tea cups and bin for a week, did try so many times, reception staff don't pay attention when you go to them they deal with Arabs first even though they come after you. They didn't provide tea and towels.

Misrepresentation and rude receptionist

Misrepresentation: at booking.com check out time is 1 pm but at reception they told me check out time strictly 12:00 pm.No dedicated bus service.

Theres shuttle to and from haram. The look of the room is not too bad

Upon arrival we found the room not hoovered. Stained bedsheets. They do not like giving any toiletries. When asked they started bringing stuff one at a time. You literally have to ask for toilet paper every time.

They have free bus facility to Haram.

Room service does not clean the room everyday. You have to request time to time for room cleaning.In addition, there is no enough restaurant in the surroundings.

Bus service, location, cleanliness

The reception staff I encountered was exceptionally poor. I made a booking via booking.com for March 15th and called ahead to confirm, informing them of my 12-hour drive to get there. They assured me I could arrive by 8 am. However, upon arrival, they instructed me to return after Friday prayers for a room. When I came back at 2 PM, the receptionists (three women and one man of Arab origin) rudely informed me that no rooms were available. Strangely, they were accommodating Arab guests in front of me and changed their tone to politeness with them. When the manager questioned their actions, they became rude to him as well. Eventually, the manager went above and beyond to find me a room. It was incredibly distressing to experience such racist behavior from the reception staff, especially when I was sleep-deprived and had walked nearly 30,000 steps.

All were very good

Some of the visitors smoked inside the hotel, that was uncomfortable since the system is central,which makes the air in the room was contaminated and not being unable to breathe properly.

The Location was very near to Al Haram , with a free Shuttle, the Room was clean and cozy , The Staff was very Kind and cooperative, especially Miss Widd ,I would like to thank her for her kindness and her efforts.I’d like to recommend this stay and hope to come back again.

The room was dirty and full of stains and drinks spilled on the carpet. The walls were dirty. Overall it was not clean at all. The air conditioning stoped working the last day.
