Location is great. Easiest from the Clock Tower buildings. Breakfast is amazing with a good variety. Staff is amazing. A great experience as always. Not my 1st time. I am a repeat customer. My luck this time, I met at the reception Mr. Omar - what a wonderful gentleman. He took care of us really well. Forgot something in the room, the bellboy rushed to help me deliver the item to the car. May Allah bless them all. InshaAllah returning soon.

There are many things I did not like and I will not stay here anymore when I go up Mecca. I will also recommend my friends and family NOT to stay here when they visit to Mecca for umrah or visitation. 1. I booked room more than 6 months ago and when I arrived to check in, they did not have my room how I selected. They gave me random setup of the room. I was very disappointed on room was not available what I selected during booking. 2. Breakfast selections of food is very poor quality and food was not fresh. Hot dishes were served cold. Cheap food is served compared with what I paid. 3. Hotel looks like 3 star hotel not 5 star. Surrounded is very crowded and look like a cheaper hotel to me. Escalator to go Haram was very busy. 4. Shopping mall and food court in the building is not same standard as the Ghufran as a 5 star. It does not look like 5 star hotel at all. 5. Price to stay there is way over priced. I would stay in other hotels around that area since price to stay similar and their atmosphere look like 5 star hotel not Ghufran atmosphere does not look like a 5 start to me at all. All the cheap quality stores and food court in this building made this hotel not worth of staying here next time.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect with stunning views of the Haram, making it extremely convenient for prayers. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. Overall, an outstanding experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Makkah.

Our December stay at Al Ghufran Safwah Hotel Makkah was wonderful. The hotel's prime location directly facing the Haram made it incredibly easy to access the mosque at any time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff provided attentive and professional service throughout our visit. The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness and the overall facilities were top-notch. Great value for money and highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded expectations and we had a perfect stay.

PRIME LOCATION! Spacious room for 2 friends and very comfortable beds and space for luggage. The staff were very friendly and accommodated us with a generous 2hrs late checkout. The buffet was very diverse and delicious. Elevators were fast. Great value for money!

The front desk are very responsive and polite. They respond to all requests in no time. Rooms are very clean.

Location, rooms size, facilites, everything

Location is great. Although it looks like it's in the clock tower complex, the entrance to the hotel is on the side street so you don't have to go through the busy shopping centre or wait for ages for the lifts. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. Beds are really comfortable and rooms are spacious. They allowed us to check out late as our flight was later in the day. Really appreciated it!

Everything, the staff attention, I was upgraded.

The room was super cold and no matter what I do it just defaults to the old setting. Anyhow not a major issue. Also, as away of improvement- the front office staff can share information such on taxi to airport and when to book, where to pick up uber .. basic information for someone doing umra or haj for the first time. Also, there are a number of lifts and floors. Someone who is tired or elderly would get confused. So if specific guidelines can be shared that would help.

Excellent room- upgraded. Excellent staff (mainly Abdul Rahman at Reception)- excellent food variety (breakfast), excellent lobby/seating areas, presence of a local huge masjid in the hotel is a blessing-
