Saraya Al Deafah Hotel

I like the hotel very much I stayed in 2017 Ramdan it was very awesome but this time 2022 Ramdan not like that anymore

Quiet neat and good for the price

The staff didn’t clean the room daily

Room Size, comfy beds, Spacious room, Washroom also good, Staff behavior

Breakfast, they kept it for the sake of keeping it , no variety....1st day we waited for the bus but had to take taxi as it took long for the bus to arrive.Dangerous Parking pathway, which is on height and very narrow turnings, difficult for any driver to pass through, not suitable for big vehicles and outside you cannot park.

Clean rooms and the hotel is located near haram. The hotel has car parking. Restaurants, barber shop are located nearby the hotel.

- Location is near to Haram. - Free Parking lots. - Affordable price in season periods.

Qutric room size is a little bit small.

Is clean the staff’s is helpful. And is close to the Harem.I will stay there again when on my next visit

Very near to haram you can find taxi in Sar 10 to sar 15 Max one way

no complaints it was very nice experience we stayed over a week when we were only planning on 5 days

The room was nice and clean, the Location was 10-12 minutes walk to the Haram, There was always a shuttle bus to the Haram but on the way back to the hotel it was difficult to get it. Staff was helpful.

I just didn't like that there was no clear timing or instructions on how to catch the shuttle bus from the Haram to the hotel.

The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Haram. The rooms are fairly good, clean, and comfortable. There is a garage to park your car in, this is a privilege in Mecca :). It is not luxurious but comfortable, close to Haram, and affordable.

The rooms are not big enough, but enough for one or two nights.

Nothing, everything was great.

The price was reasonably good ? in peak time. I paid SR 776 for 3 nights with 4 family members in one room which is good price during August as it high Umrah season.

There is no food, drinks, even water canteen is available in hotel premises. If you want to buy anything such as tea, water or any essential items, you need to go outside hotel premises. That’s the only thing that I didn’t like it.
