Bab Al Multazam Concorde Hotel

Not too far from Haram and a lot of shops conveniently located near entrance

Shuttles would not stop for me to go to Haram. There was no guidance.

Very good

1 of the rooms 2 toilets had no pomp or the pomp was broken. Because of this, there was no pressure when flushing. Other tiolet was good.

The staff were very professional and friendly, and the room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed

The hotel was in a convenient location and the room size was very large.

The sahoor was terrible. Probably the worst hotel food I’ve ever eaten.I had to negotiate with the front desk to include this even though I had clearly already paid for it which wasn’t cool.The room felt old and just generally not worth the money. I’d rate this a 3 star hotel at best I believe the rating on Booking.com is too high.

Excellent location, 24 hr bus service.The room was large 55mm, 13 floor, with 2 toilets.

The Sahoor menu was not good. The taste of the food was average.The food should be tasty.

Breakfast was good. But more variety can be added. Also, almost all the items were cold. There was no flame burning under the buffet containers to keep the food warm/hot although the provision was there.

The room AC was switched on before our arrival and it was freezing cold. There was no heating arrangement to counter the cold already done by the AC. We switched ff the AC immediately after arrival. But room was still cold even until the following afternoon. After that, it started to feel a little better.

Every thing in the hotel was perfect except transport from haram it was realy horrible. You have to stay in the crowd for about one hour or even more waiting after each prayer. And on Friday we have to go walking from hotel to the haram, because police they blocked the road. It is far to walk till haram

Room: Exceptionally spacious room as compared to other hotels. Two spacious washrooms. Location: Located with the bus stop for Haram. So you just step out of hotel and you have buses to go to Haram anytime.

Sanitary fittings. These need som repair as in one of the washrooms, hot and cold water were running from opposite side of the indicated colors. In the main washroom, the shower was not functioning proporly with lots of bubbles and noise.

No food warming service available.

Frontdesk was very helpful especially miss Nahed. Room was spacious and clean . Diatance to Haram takes 3 mins with shuttle bus. Hotel manager Mr Mohanad was helpful too. Will come again. Insyallah.

Everything was perfect, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.The room was clean, and its size was just right.

The shuttle bus service needs to be better organized.

Customer service is good. Albeit there were issues but staff was quick to help resolve issues for us.

Arrived late near midnight. Even though I had paid online via booking.com but reception staff did not agree. They asked me to pay again . Too tired to argue after 15 hours of travel, I just double paid first and checked in. Room we were provided (1311) had issue with Aircon . Extremely cold and temperature control did not work. Even though stopped the Aircon. Whole family got sick and we could not sleep.Had to change room and shift things next day. Customer service resolved both the issues , but we had to go through hassle , which definitely no one likes during 2 days trip. 1 day just lost in these issues.Traffic on the road is terrible, advise not to take cab from here. Go across the road for taxi.

Every thing, the location, the area of room, the value, the staff and their co operation and their honesty. I forgot my laptop in the room and they send it to me

Rooms are specious. I stayed in a quadruple room. It has two toilets. Which was very convenient for my family. Room and toilet are clean and specious. A bit far from Masjid Al Haram. However, they have very good shuttle services 24/7. Which literally takes 5 minutes to Masjid Al Haram and drop you to Bab Ali. This gate is less crowded as well compared to other gates. So easy entry and exit to Masjid Al Haram. Even though physically hotel is 1.5mile away from the Masjid Al Haram, but practically it’s convenient to enter the Masjid Al Haram from that location, because Bab Ali gate is less crowded.

Location is the best. I would prefer people who can't stay at clock tower must book Bab al Multazam Concord Int'l Hotel as you will find this Hotel exceptionally clean and shuttle service to Haram is at the door step. Staff was very helpful and we received a Fruit Basket as Complimentary Gift which was very pleasing. The room (quadraple) was very spacious plus if you find any issue the maintenance service is one call away. WIFI was great and I believe this Hotel (Bab Al Multazam Concord) is the best choice because I stayed before in another hotel in the same lane but they were horrible.

Restaurant was not available for the people who are not occupying hotel as a GROUP. However, I sneak to find the dishes and it seems perfect but unfortunately can't have it.
