Hotel is good. Room is same as advertised. Room is Cleaned and well maintained. 6 Lifts are available, so there is no long queue. Bus is available to drop in haram. Value for money.

We have to pay upfront for the room thru a deep payment link send by hotel. Response to message is not quick. Bathroom smells little bad due to shower curtain I think. Room is small. Don’t except daily cleaning. Bed springs are wornout I think, but comfortable. Expect 20 minutes walk from haram if you plan to.

I booked a room with 5 beds , they charged me for 5 beds and gave me 4 beds only . The receptionist was rude and refused to correct the mistake. The hotel is far from haram not like described .

Wrong room paid for 5 got only 4 beds the stay was not comfortable. Staff was not polite and I have to accept their mistake . Far from the haram it takes more than 20 min to reach crossing the hill . I don’t recommend.

There was repeated problem in elevators , service in restaurants was poor

The room was nice . The location was near the bus is always there . At any time u find the bus. Iwas in tower b

They don't clean the room every day they say l should ask room service l asked for my water they didn't get it to me . Also the way to harm was exhausting its like climbing a mountain and a long way it take me 20 mintues from Harm to the bus.

Hotel offers regular shuttle service every 30 minutes however it can be busy during the prayer times. This is a huge hotel with 3 towers and there are number of shops and restaurant at the hotel. In the surrounding area also you can see many shops and restaurants.

My check-in is very disappointing. Since my flight is in the morning I booked the hotel for an additional night to get early check-in and informed the hotel about this. When I arrived receptionist said my booking is confirmed but they don't have a room. After 1 hour they agreed to give me rooms, but booked room category was not available and they promised to give the booked category rooms in the afternoon. When I went to reception in the afternoon they said they can give our booked room category in two different floors since we didn't want to stay away from our kids we didn't get the room category we booked. Always found receptionists struggling to deal with huge number of guests and they are under staffed.

Hotel is good and centrally located. The shuttle service is quite good.

A lot of restaurants and shopping around and in the building. Front desk was bilingual and very helpful. Building is older needs to be rehabbed. Beds were lower making them handicap friendly. There were plenty of elevators available at any time of the day. There were taxis available right infront of the property.

There were shuttles available half hour before prayer to take you to the mosque however they dropped you far away and the walk from there with a wheelchair was quite extraneous. We never took the bus back. Better to negotiate a taxi. Breakfast was included with our stay, but it was a joke. They only had a few items and everything was cold. The attendant was extremely rude, we were there for the first day and didn't return after.

I like most the location, which is near to Haram within a budget price; also everything is near to the hotel. Specially shuttle service is excellent.

The place is like a dump definitely not worth the money I was charged I expected way more than what I got The place needs a lot of TLC

The property was neat and clean with a small shopping mall inside. The housekeeping services were outstanding.

The car parking was paid SAR 35 per night.The breakfast was purely Arabic with average dishes.Reception desk never pick up the phone.Elevators remain too busy and you need to wait a while.

It is ok room size is fine and have the requirements to make stay good

Ac was not good suddenly stop and then later work did not have time to complain as weather was not too bad , toilet sink clogged general maintenance required , they need more lift waiting time to get lift is insane

I like because is not too far from the haram and they have bus to get there

The location is perfect for active walkers, you can reach gates 115 in 20 min of walk and if come earlier, gates 66 or 72-73 in 25 min of pure active walk, plus shuttle service is so often, just amazing! However, for people 2ho have difficulty in 2alking,the drop off point is, still far, plus there is, a hill back, just to consider. Plus although the price isn't the cheapest, they let me save almost double on taking only one standard room for 5 persons (option not easily available at good and non-expensive hotels). But as we are a family with kids and had got used to 3 and even 4 star level service and comfort, we realized that this hotel is mostly suitable for groups coming for a short stay, with an easy access to Masjeed Al Haram, non-espensive restaurants around, money - exchange, barbershop, pharmacies and non-expensive shopping in the area (plus the hotel has its own mall inside). Adding on the top really amazing shuttle service plus responding room service, it's a good economy stay.We really liked that they had universal electric units for all our devices.Their slippers were really comfortable and durable (in other hotels you couldn't put them on easily). The whole vibe of the hotel, although tooo busy and overcrowded, still, friendly, energetic, motivating to hurry for prayer in Masjeed Al Haram, which we wanted to have in our last two days, so Alhamdullilah, it was still positive experience.

Just to consider : Elevators are too busy, as their quantity is far not enough for such a big property, overloaded with large groups of people with lots of luggage, rushing in with all their suitcases and sacks without waiting for you to get out, especially at after prayer times or breakfast times. Same rushing and pushing atmosphere on their shuttle, even some men pushing women rudely, so on our way back we preferred to walk almost always.At ourcheck out, an hour ahead of the taxi arrival time, as it was breakfast and still after Fajr time, and we had no chance of getting a portier service with a carriage, I just told my sons to take all our suitcases downstairs.Breakfast. Food, restaurant itself, furniture, cleanness - after my 1st visit I regretted taking an option with breakfast included, as it was better to buy some bread, milk and bananas in the supermarket just downstairs than to experience this breakfast. Frankly, I didn't feel secured in terms of its quality, plus the taste of almost of foods wasn't good, so I adviced kids to eat only safest options and minimum quantities, however, my middle son was hungry, ate a lot and even mixed non-compatible foods, but Alhamdullilah, he was fine and never poisoned. Alhamdullilah, we were still fed enough for the whole day. Nevertheless, if I ever decide to stay overnight in this property, I won't choose breakfast included (I noticed, most of guests prefered non-breakfast option).Windows and view (it's absence). Our window was half broken, hard to open, no transparent curtain for a day time, view - second block of the same hotel, closing daylight and creating insecurity without transparent curtainsat day time. I suggested that it would be better to ask for a room in that block for a more open view with day light (C, D) while we were staying in AB, but I don't know for sure.Shower.

Breakfast was poor. Very little choices of food. No fresh fruit and bakery stuff. It could have been better

The cleanliness, staff, services available all the time. I forgot my bag and the staff were very helpful they returned it to me. Good distance to the haram

The hotel transportation to Haram was excellent—very well organized, punctual, and smooth, which made getting to and from Haram easy and comfortable

the hotel location is quite far from Haram. It takes at least 25 minutes of walking to reach Haram.Unfortunately, room service was very poor and unresponsive, which significantly affected the overall experience
