Wahet Al Deafah Hotel

Good value for money.

the location is close to haram in a walkable distance even some people pray in the hotel with Haram Imam. its clean and room is good

no iron in side the room and numbers of beds

Near from almasjed alharam and wonderful staff

Elevator was taking long time to wait

The distance from the mosque was not terrible. The room was pretty clean and smelled nice.

The elevators take FOREVER!! There should be more elevators with how many floors and rooms there are. Also I had to go down to the front desk multiple times because my key didn’t work.

near haram

overbooked and need to wait longer for getting the room even after booked

Only location is good

Very bad cleaning levelBad smell

Very polite and cooperative staff clean rooms and decent walking distance

Nothing it was too crowded and cigarettes smoke everywhere Elevators required long waiting What they charged was not even worth We left the hotel even after paying and booked another It was not children friendly

The hotel location is unavailable from the google mapThe number provided on booking the hotel was switched offIt had weird smell coming from the carpetMosquitoes inside the room the room barely had space for praying.

The staff and their precious help and availability. I can name some of them asMuathWaleed Ahmed Azzam andSalih. They were really helpful. May Allah rewards them.

They did not provide room even having Booking

500 people there waiting. They booked room but hotel doesn’t have. . Seem they accept booking for everyone but the dont have space

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed. The location is excellent, being close to the Haram, which made our visit much easier.A special thanks to Saleh, Mauth, and Azzam at the reception for their outstanding service and for taking such good care of us. Their hospitality truly made the stay even better.

The place and the rooms were specious and well furnished

I felt the carpet was dirty and should be changed

Staff Waleed for so professional and helped in all the way possible and staffs were with good and patience’s attitude

Rooms near store room are creating lot of noises that affecting pilgrims sleep

Property is great and the staff “Elissa, Waleed and Ahmed “ were even better. God bless them for the amount of assistance, guidance and support they’ve provided. Definitely recommend

Rooms are pretty clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly

It’s so nice and close to haram The staff so kind and helpful , especially Abdul aziz & Naïf & Yaqoub

Value for money and exceptional hospitality with good and comfortable room

Long wait for check in

Despite the workload from the customers, i can see that the staff really tried their best and with their heart to solve and make comfort for their guests. I really appriciated it.

my floor can only be accessed with limited elevator because the other elevator was broken and somehow cant accessed to my floor. The cleanliness needs to improved, esp for the carpets. Make strict restrictions about smoking inside the room (Charged them trippled for example). If they have no restrictions, the should consider one. It bothers another guests

Reception Staff were really welcoming and good

Room was very small.Around 45 mins it took to get a room as the room was not available.(I took 3bed instead of 4 bed as 4 bed were not available).Shower were leaking.

Walkable distance to Haram and the receptionists Elissa ,Waleed and Ahmed were exceptional and very co operative

Smokers in the lobby near to the door

It was very close to the holy mosque with great value for the location

The roof in the bathroom had occasional leaks
