Sama Al Deafah Hotel

Overall good value for the charge.

The receptionist said without mobile app you can not check in, however after sometime a senior guy came, he checked me in.It was a waist of time

Location was good

The smell in the property was not good a neighbour used to leave her door open when leaving the room.

Near to haram,transport facility.

Mattress

- Location for Easy Access to Haram.- Near by Shopping & Food Available- Affordable Rate

- Room Size is Smaller- Fixtures are little Old

Location CleanPersonal care

Staff didn’t clean any time just from 2 : 7 pmAnd should to be conecting with noozol and nosuk

Cleanliness, confortable, we can’t wish more for the price tag.

Poor wifi signal and internet speed.

Below average breakefast

Free shuttle to Haram not by hotel . By public transport from little far from hotel

No WiFi at room. Breakfast was poor. Bathroom had bad smell.

There is no parking from hotel side, so a big issue is parking last 5 days back i was stay in this hotel and i ask about parking they there is no parking and i got fine also up to 225 SR so i was so disappoint with the location and parking.

Reception dealing is very good specially fahd, and the room is clean

The manager Mohammed was an awesome guy. Great personality and helpful. Also receptionist guys have good attitudes. Insha Allah I’ll book again in the near future.

Everything

Near to Haram, nice and clean. Excellent staff

Clean room , near from the bus and friendly staff

The room was cleaned with all basic facilities. Sound isolation is good. Staff is co-operative. There is no parking for guests in the hotel. This hotel is far away from Haram but shuttle is available 24/7 for free.

I have booked the room with breakfast but I reached the hotel they told me that there is no breakfast from the hotel. The guy at the reception told me there is a Umrah group in the hotel and they have arrangements for breakfast and I will adjust you with them so I paid for breakfast as well but when I went to have the breakfast next morning the umrah group management refused and asked us to pay SAR.15 / person for a breakfast. This is totally unfair I paid for the breakfast but I never had it.

Clean Good value of money Helpful staffAvailable buses nearby

Wifi connection is so bad

Easy access to public transport, affordable price and clean

Didn’t get bath towel or maybe they don’t provide

Rooms ,bath, city view from room, cleaning, staff

Everything; especially the little portion of the room devoted to kitchen stuff, l the bus service, and the availability of basic needs (food, pharmacy, etc. ) near the hotel.

I liked the staff, clean room, and service. The price was very reasonable for such room inngreat location nearby Haram and shopping mall.

Location was very perfect This hotel located in mahbus jinn hotel city From the Oposite side of hotel there’s a bus way ,By that bus way will reach haram just by 3 minutes Also multiple buses available 24/7 Hotel was 3.5-4 star standard Receptionist Muhammad alharbi was very helpful most welcoming Room size was few small But it’s ok
