Mina Concorde Hotel

Affordability

They mentioned free hotel parking but they don¿t have any. They point towards the public street for free parking. It is impossible to get one. The hotel has false advertising on their web site

Room, cleanliness, staff

No dedicated parking

Clean, comfortable, fast check in, everything is available in the room.

Expensive, i found only 4 beds room, the location is far to haram

Location is the best, you have 2 masaajid close by , restaurants, tailors and much more. Northern Azīzīyah is the right place at affordable prices

Very good good staff location Aziiziya is lovely definitely will return to book

Close to all the shopsGood spacious rooms and lobby

Far from haramTaxi can charge 40 to 100 riyals Old and slightly dirty infrastructure

Pleasant

They are very reluctant to address customer problems. Very untidy, and they do not make up rooms regularly. Very unprofessional staff.

Passable

it's far from haram, 10 mins from hotel to gazza station, then you walk around 15 mins to enter al masgid al haram from gate 3.gate 3 is the nearest gate from gazza station.not recommended for old people.don't book breakfast, you have many restaurants around the hotel to order breakfast

Location it's OK but you can't come back to next prayer you must stay at haram all time prayer intil isha pray because you go back to hotel you miss prayer because bus of hotel take longer than 1hour waiting and breakfast is rubush no restaurant they bring at room no look like what they show in booking

Thanks Concorde Team for you Service and your hospitality.. Really fantastic I would like to thanks For Hotel Manager Mr. Ali Eid and reception team ..

No parking

The Mina Concorde Hotel is a very nice hotel with all facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting many sights in Mecca. Shuttle bus also available to go to Masjid Al- Haram.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay). They even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Mecca.

very good location

small rooms hotel facilities not good like ( room phone not working , bad internet, no food service

Room just ok ,bathroom very outdated water runs from shower everywhere.Hot water extremely hot could burn a child .

Cleanness is poor

It was easy check-in, and the room was clean & neat. Reception & room attendant staff are good and welcoming.

Hotel needs to increase the frequency of shuttle service to the grand mosque.

The telephone and television don't work. The reception does not respond to our request of providing supplies or even to change the towels or supplying any kits.

property was very dirty from inside and bad smell was all over bathrooms was very dirty . no room servos in 3 night . we call them 10 time for room service but they keep lying

customer service was really bad . no one speak English. the other staff was very rude if u ask them anything the denying to do

The air-conditioning was super. The bed was very comfortable. The double bed room size was of good size.

The internet was very poor. The washroom was in bad shape, it needed alot of maintenance, there was also no commode cleaning brush available. There were some maintenance needed in room too. The wallpaper were torn off from some places.
