Only the fact that there is no wifi in the room
A good hotel at a reasonable cost, with easy wheelchair access as the route to the Haram is straight and the road is smooth. The rooms were neat and clean, lifts were easily available, and taxis for ziyarah or travel to other cities were readily accessible. The hotel is approximately 1.1 km from the Haram entrance.
For room service we need to call multiple times then they come and check In they provide little late around 2-3 pm

The toilet was not clean and it needs some maintenance, however dirtyness was very obvious. They didn't clean after the previous family I guess. They just replace the toilet papers and soap.

I chose this hotel mainly because of its beautiful name, and while there were a few minor shortcomings, I overlooked them and had an overall satisfactory stay.
The hotel is somewhat old for a three-star property. One unusual issue was the lack of a power socket for a laptop or charging any devices in the room.The Wi-Fi was also quite poor.

The hotel was not clean, and the overall quality of the stay was not good. The room condition and hygiene standards were below expectations.
The receptionist had no idea about the booking and was completely unhelpful. I was made to wait for nearly an hour, and the room was only given to me at 6:00 PM. The washroom was extremely small and in poor condition, and the washbasin did not drain properly. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

My room was on the 15th floor the room was dirty, with a very old carpet and the restroom was disgusting there was no bathtub or standing shower they just had a shower head middle of the restroom and water went everywhere Once you took a shower it was very disgusting ?

They have racist security staff who insult guests by asking strange questions. Very small rooms rude staff at customer service different staff different answers requested iron at night evening and got it next day morning
The reception lady was very good She checked me in early.It takes 15 minutes to walk to the harm

Stuff should be more friendly specifically duty guards and porter. Porter should offer more help to carry the lagagg to the guest room. Duty guards should be more polite
