Hotel employee tried to help.

Don¿t think there was one thing I could say I liked about it. The experience , the ambiance, the staff, the cleanliness were all far from 5 star. The welcome or lack thereof was sadly so evident. Hotel employee tried to help sadly her team let her down.

The staff were cooperative and the king suite were very spacious with two bathrooms, buffet breakfast is good. Has shuttle bus but didn’t use it. It is accessible to haram by taxi 15 to 20 Saudi rials

The buffet dinner did not have variety of food. No designated areas for smoking and most of the smokers gathered by the hotel entrance and on the wheelchair ramp, which is very disgusting and gives bad first impression

Overall experience They were renovating the floor where we stayed and we waked up on the morning that day to the noises as they were hammering the doors!! and the smell of the paint was unbearable

The breakfast buffet offered a fabulous variety. The live omelet station, bakery section, and salad bar were all superb. Shawarma and karak tea was amazing for lunch.Lobby fragrances were very refreshing. The bathroom wet amenities were very nice.The lobby is very attractive, featuring multiple shops, a convenience store, and a salon.The staff were friendly and very supportive, especially the room attendant, Mr. Ali Hussain, who kindly changed the room setup as per our requirements. From the F&B team, Mr. Faisal Yasir Baqi deserves special mention for warmly welcoming us to the buffet, even though we entered the restaurant at the closing time of 10:00 am.

The drinking water served in a juice jar slightly disturbed the buffet setup. It would be better to provide 200 ml water bottles instead.

Washroom had a foul smell, they sent people to check couple of times but they just used some room spray and left while the actual issue remain unaddressed.

Facility was clean.

No exact shuttle schedule. On the way back from haram, they will drop you off on the opposite side of hotel, literally in the middle of the road and expect you to cross the busy highway by yourself with kids to get to the hotel.They will only give you one breakfast pass even if you book a four bed reservation.

Rooms are now renovated and have new furniture. The shop downstairs is very convenient. I was able to park my car in the underground car park.

The Bus Shuttle service is not reliable , I had to take a Taxi one time and the other times I decided to use the Bus services that go through Le Meridian from Kudai.

Everything is clean and comfy

But the only thing I don’t like it that was the distance the hotel between harram

Room was quite fine and meting the expectations. Washroom tiles were bit dirty. In shower area, water was accumulating apposite of drain hole.Breakfast was good meeting the basics with limited options.

Excellent stay! The room was clean and comfortable, We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, everything was fresh, and the quality was excellent. Shuttle service to Haram.

The bus was crowded and not on time,

The staff are friendly, breakfast has variety foods to choose, the cleanliness, and the location.

The Anjum street too jam all the time, shuttle bus takes more minutes to reach the station.
