Very close to haram

The room is too small for 4 persons..There were an elevation for about 20 meters, too hard for elder people to reach the hotel..The entrance of the hotel is very bad and smelly..

Location was amazing. 8 minutes to the door of holy place. Hotel manager and the stuff were very helpful and kind to us. Especially the manager easily solved our problem did everything he could do. On the other hand rooms are messy. Too small, bathroom is like a prison bathroom. Sheets werent clean. In the end if the hotel stuff is and the location is important for you, you can stay here. Otherwise I strongly recommend you other hotels.

Rooms were small, dirty and everything was too old.

Location is some what okay.

All of the items in the Hotel is damaged. Doors, handles. Washroom fittings. The beddings are very old.

Friendly staff manager even the security he was waiting outside because raining immediately brought my bag inside hotel when he knows I booked in Nada

Zero hygiene.. room smells!! Staff are awkward he opened the room while i was sleeping to check if i paid for the room or not .. 2 elevators are not clean and smelled badly .. the people next to me were smoking cigarettes in the room and in the rooms lobby and no one cared.. You cannot park your car anywhere near

The location is excellent, and the staff is cheerful.

The approach was uncomfortable. It was a little unclean and water flowing from broken pipe.

Not worth the money

Not going back.Very poor and unprofessional management. They don't clean the room and replenish room/bathroom supplies unless asked. We had to give multiple reminders.The entrance is uphill from the main road. Other hotels had buggy service. This hotel had a buggy outside just for show. Staff just sits on it and smokes the whole day.Also, the small alley which serves as the common entrance point for this hotel and another adjacent hotel is extremely dirty and smelly. It's also broken and not suitable if you have to use wheelchairs or strollers.The reception staff can't speak English. Only the manager could.

It was a nice stay, the staff and the Egyptian manager were very polite and responsive for any request.Thank you.

Wrong address and the phone number in booking.com ad. I copied it from the app and gave it to the taxi driver who dropped me off at the location and after half an hour going up and down I went to another hotel where they told me 8t was about 10 mins walk from there. I tried to call the number which was provided but that was off too! So it was a complete waste of time..

The location it is near to haram.

The water pressure in the toilet was very low. The toilet smell very bad.

near the haram, very accessible to food, pharmacy, haram, hospital etc which was a plus point. after we complained to booking.com, the manager upgraded us to a better room. however the overall property was not appealing at all. it was 2 or low 3 star property and the price during Ramadan was high.

the cleaning staff were not readily available, due to the location of the hotel, delivery was not an option, however this was ok as there were various options for food down. The hotel was only for bed, no breakfast or lunch / dinner options which was disappointing.

I like the Location and price.

AC was super cool and became icey sometimes.

Room ia small for 3 persons. A/C got a problemWashroom is not nice.Cold water was too weak, hence couldn't take a shower with too hot water Receiption is poor with some non friendly people

was literally steps away from the haram. it was clean, facilities were nice. they had a masjid, wish they had a live stream of the haram so I can pray there while following the sheikh of the haram.

had to climb a few hills in order to get to the property. shower water was boiling hot with no way to turn it down. was extremely expensive although I was there during Ramadan.
