Bad
Check in staff non cooperative, wrong room given,no value for money
The room and staff were really good. Parking place is enough despite Rush... the building is on the main road so the connectivity is easy.. there are many restaurants on the same road offering options of food ... The hospitality of staff was great, specially Mr. Mezaan
The check in was smooth and staff very friendly.
Upon checkin was struggling to find a clean room as most of the rooms carpet were stained and lastly as was so tired took room # 301. I have been staying in this hotel fo many visits but this was so dissappointing. Most dissappointing was that upon check out they charged me SR 362.25 and my Booking.com app was showing SR 287.38. They say I had two bookings. But upon check in I showed the Confirmation 2231361169 they should have booked me on it. Hotel says they do not have booking under this confirmation #. Please sort this out and reimburse me the extra charged.

Attitude of the receptionist at Hotel lobby. Despite having prior booking and traveling 1200 km by road I faced investigation about my booking at 3.30 AM. He asked questions like I was a lying for some reasons. Almost 90 percent of the hotel was vacant yet we were given a room with no view

Please didn’t like the house keeping. They did not make up the room to the level excepted by my wife. We had to ask them for towels and cups.
Spacious rooms, nice, flexible and cooperative staff. I was offered and upgraded to a studio with no extra charges. My request to four hours late check out was a breeze. Thanks to the managemnt
Mosquito were available in the parking area at the basement
Everything was nice, clean and tidy.
The room I got was not the one I booked for. And They charged me higher amount than the amount which I booked. Since I was very tired and ran out of my time i had no chance to search another room and had to stay there.
