The staff are very kind and helpful.

Breakfast service was excellent especially the head of the Breakfast operations(don't remember his name but he is a smart looking middle aged bearded man, don't remember his nationality but maybe he was an arab) was very cordial and made sure that we were taken care of well, he anticipated the needs of the guests in advance and provided us with the food stuffs which weren't available in the breakfast like dates and omlette. His subordinate named Suhail was also very warm and cordial.

Reception desk is very slow at responding to the telephone calls from the rooms of the guests. Room service was not fast

Not a value for money.

Room is too small for one person -shuttle service is available after 2 hrs. Return shuttle you have to find any other way to come back to hotel. Hotel is too far from Haram taxi charged at least 30 Riyals. If you need late check out they didn't allow , every thing is just fine , overall one can find better hotel within this amount around 250/night.

Bus service to AL Haram should more frequent. Bus parking should be closer to Al Haram, it takes 45 minutes walking from Bus stop to the mosque with no other option to ride.Food in the restaurant (open buffet was very poor in variety)

Brand new accommodation with free shuttle to Haram, nice location, close to eateries and general Mecca shopping.

Rooms need to be attended to daily, as one would expect from a 4star hotel, missing here.

The staff and manager were generally very nice and helpful. Any time I asked for their help, they responded very quickly. You have all the necessary shops around the hotel. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from Masjid Al Haram. Very nice, cheap, not crowded shops on the way to the haram.

The shuttle service is a bit tricky. They offer the shuttle service but they claim it's not part of the package but rather a free service they offer to clients. This means that in case something goes wrong with the bus (it doesn't come, it's delayed, it changes the parking spot), they won't take any responsibility even if you have to wait for hours, take a taxi, or walk to the hotel. It happened to me and when I called the hotel, the receptionist was not professional, helpful or polite. He just suggested I go to the new parking spot and wait another hour.Another thing I didn't like was a huge picture of gazelles (living creatures) in my room. It's common knowledge among Muslims that the malaikah don't enter a room where there are hanging pictures of living creatures on the wall. You couldn't remove it or cover it (that's how big it was). How that can happen 30 minutes away from the Kabah, I don't know. It was very very disturbing.

Kitchen and reception staff was very cooperative and supportive.

Reception area is on first floor which is supposed to be on ground floor to help welcome new customer. No immediate service for incoming customer to help collecting luggage. Bad smell on 9th Floor although i had booked executive suite. Bus service was not up to the mark and no proper guidance to take hajjis back from haram. No amenties like Grocery shops nearby and plenty of construction going on near location of hotel.

Reception responded well to my previous complaints and they gave me good room on 7th floor. kitchen staff was very helpful and supportive

They come for cleaning only if you call few times and not every it was every other day ! They have no cleaning products for washroom sanitization !Wash room is too too small hard to close door !Far from harrem taxi take SR 50 and minimum 40 !If you are getting food from out side then good luck nothing close by !They have bus service but extremely hard when you are coming back from harem!

It’s clean, 24/7 room service, complementary breakfast and the food is good. Bus to the Haram every hour

The only thing I don’t like, its hard for you to catch the bus back to the hotel you end up taking taxi or walking and to walk it’s 30mins from the Haram

The hotel front desk staff were very courteous and hospitable. Due to full booking i was upgraded to a bigger suite to my pleasure, i was also allowed a later checkout (2 hrs at no extra cost). The ambience and amenities in the hotel were value for money.

The restaurant staff was very unwelcoming. He wouldn't allow one sit in to have brought in food despite permission from front desk staff to use the restaurant after checkout. It was also quite expensive and challenging getting taxi back to the hotel from Masjid Al Haram.

The pick up spot at Haram is far. But not a hotel issue. Alhamdulliah everything else was amazing

The service was not even good , because the hot water in room 517 was not working and i called the staff 3 times and no response over the whole stay period .

The room was extremely small.Even though we booked for two adults and two children (9 years old), there were only two small beds, which was not suitable for our family.We had to upgrade to another room with a sofa bed with extra charge , but unfortunately it was also very small and uncomfortable

I liked the breakfast buffet, the view, and the cozy vibes.

I originally booked a queen bed, but when I got to the room it was two single beds. Moreover, I stayed there for two nights and I was expecting my room to be cleaned and the bed covers to be changed as I requested from the reception! Unfortunately, they did neither.
