Very small rooms.Only 3 elevators for a building of 21 stories !

Only the location.

Almost everything. Tiniest room. Only 3 lift for a 21 floor hotel with about 15 rooms on each floor. An open shower area, water spreads all over and nothing to block or clean up the mess in a little bathroom. Kettle was broken, never replaced. And more.

The Ibrahim Khalil road is often closed by police so our taxi could not make it to the hotel and we had to carry luggage

the location was amazing. the staff were great especially Mohamed Shakil who helped me find two taxis to the airport at a good price.

The pleasant personality of the receptionists and all the young people who work around them.

No taxi service allowed near the property.Bathroom needed attention, water making noise when filling the toilet tank.Pushing suitcases about 400m to get to the taxis.

The price was great, and the Bengali workers including Shakil and Tarek were amazing - they went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Supermarket downstairs which is very useful

Bathroom needs shower curtains as the water sprays everywhere! Lift takes ages to come to your floor - would recommend you to leave 15 minutes earlier than you plan on leaving. Walking from the Haram to the Hotel can be challenging - street is not clean.

The location for the price is fantastic. It was roughly 8-10 mins walk to the Haram depending on how much roads the authorities decide to block for each prayer. The beds were comfy but the room size is pretty small. There was not alot of space to unpack your suitcase if you wish to do so. The reception staff are very helpful. I initially had 2 triple rooms and as one of the days the triple rooms were unavailable I booked 3 twin rooms. I ended up with 3 triple rooms for that one night which was great. When you rang reception for any issues they were quickly resolved.

The rooms are very small and difficult to eat in them. They have a restaurant with chairs and tables but when I asked if the family can eat there they said no. A big improvement would be to allow all guests to use the tables and chairs area.The rooms service to tidy up the rooms was not up to standard. Alot of times we would have to ring the reception for things that were missed like water bottles.

Shower without cabin so the floor of the whole toilet gets wet, room size was just ok

It’s nice and clean, does provide all the necessities.very close to harram ,I strongly recommend this place.

near from Masjid al haram, 10 minutes walk to insideconfortable and AC is goodthere is a minimarket next to it

The location was perfect for a family with young children. Approximately 8-9 minutes to Haram.

The quadruple room is slightly tight for space.

First of all, I have requested a few days back of arrival that I will come in the morning for this they replied to me that they can accommodate me upon arrival. But me and my family we were waiting outside of their hotel for almost 55 minutes. After a long time, the conter person came and said sorry we don't have space for at least the next 2 days."

Very close to Masjid Al Haram

We booked two Quadraple rooms. Super small size. You have to stay on your bed. No table or chair. Can't even walk in room. Very small size lift. Max 4 ppl can use at a time. Busy time u have to wait whole day for lift.

Everything was super. I love the morning reception lady she is adorable. The rooms are very clean
