The hotel has everything you need inside and price is good

A lot customer service is a good 3 star not 5 star. The people that clean the room wanted a tip to clean the room. Phone wasn’t working, gave me a double bed room when the reservation was king size and couple other things.

Excellent in everything’s

The reception staff provided poor service. They gave us our room keys without offering to help with our luggage or showing us where the elevators were located. Additionally, we requested fresh towels twice, but our request was never fulfilled.

Drainage system is need to fix. Used water gathered in sink and shower area.Shuttle service to be improved as to add at least one more bus. Only one bus is not enough for guests to commute.

The room was sebaceous well cleaned, the bed and the pillows are clean and comfortable, the bathroom is clean with good shower.

I did not like the curtain on the window because it is too narrow that it doesn’t cover the whole window, so you can’t get the darkness during night to get enough sleep., I wish they change it and use blackout to cover the window.

The shuttle to the Haram is available 24/7. And ontime Free underground parking

The shuttle bus drop off to Haram and pick from Haram is too far from Haram. It should be drop off underground. Then it will be easy accesible.

The coach facility to haram sharif was good and very frequent. The staff was polite

1. No breakfast included in my booking 2. The housekeeping needed to be constantly reminded to clean and upkeep the room. Even provision of drinking water had to be told often3. The place doesn't provide vegan friendly meals4. The staff wasn't well informed about how to procure a local sim card5. Overall the service was slow

There were toilet exhaust fan not working all my stay and clogged shower drain

A lovely hotel about 10 minutes cab drive from Haram. Good facilities and very reasonably priced

We had a little issue at check in where our booking couldn’t be found on the system but the wonderful staff soon sorted it out and got us to our rooms

Breakfast was exceptionally good. A variety of food, taste, quantity and the breakfast timing from 06:30am to 10:30am.Room size was big enough Water bottles in room whenever we asked they immediately provided. Housekeeping 24Hours available. A big fleet of buses, frequently going and coming back from Haram.

Lighting was not enough in the room and washroom.The bathroom was comparatively small Shuttle Bus using Ghaza Bus station which is towards the Saee side and a very long walk required to reach the Masjid. Almost one KM distance, due to that we were using Taxi which charges 20SAR for one side.

Everything was nice the staff at the front desk was great the ladies were very helpful the manager was both great I will come back again

The room clean in 26 days of my stay. I had ask to clean the washroom but it was clean 2 times out 26 days. Bedding was only once and this when I had ask them

I didn't like it because room floor was so dirty it is not so clean it was okay. But it wasn't like five stars hotel restaurant manager was so rude and he is charged us for breakfast for 2 person even I paid for breakfast aswell but they charged me

I don't like this hotel much first off all it's for from haram like 7 kilometres and even bus where drop you you have to walk 1.5 kilometres to arrive at haram and hotel staff o mean receptionist they can't speak English you have to the person who speak English when he come then they will answer you I booked this hotel with breakfast for 4 person but they charged me for 2 person and they said only 2 persons are included rest off I have to pay I don't like this hotel

Amazing comfort and facilities at hotel.

Transport to and fro from Harm was difficult.Especially, returning to hotel and finding the hotel bus was extremely difficult. Some times we had to wait for 3 hours at bus terminal ( so chaotic) to find holiday inn bus.Although it was last 10 days of Ramadan period..
